Uma amakhasimende ebuza mayelana nokusebenzisa kuphela izinhlanganisela ze-aluminium hypophosphite (AHP) noma i-AHP + MCA ye-halogen-free flame retardancy kurabha ye-silicone ukuze kufinyelelwe isilinganiso se-V0, impendulo inguyebo—kodwa ukulungiswa kwemithamo kuyadingeka ngokusekelwe ezimfuneko zokubuyiswa komlilo. Ngezansi kunezincomo eziqondile zezimo ezahlukahlukene:

1. Ukusebenzisa i-Aluminium Hypophosphite (AHP) Yodwa

  • I-MCA: 8-10 phr
    • Umthombo we-nitrogen uhambisana ne-AHP (umphumela we-PN), ukhulula amagesi angenayo (isb, i-NH₃) ukuze ucindezele ukusabalala kwelangabi.
  • Isigcwalisi esiqinisayo: I-silica evuthayo (10 phr)
  • Izengezo: I-ejenti yokuhlanganisa yeSilane (1 phr, ithuthukisa ukuhlakazwa) + i-ejenti yokwelapha

Izici:

  • Isamba somthamo we-flame retardant: ~20–25 phr, ngaphansi kakhulu kune-AHP iyodwa.

4. Izincomo Zokuhlola
