I-Aluminium Hypophosphite ene-flame retardant ne-MCA ye-EVA Heat-Shrink Tubing

Uma usebenzisa i-aluminium hypophosphite, i-MCA (i-melamine cyanrate), ne-magnesium hydroxide njengezinqamuli zomlilo kushubhu lokunciphisa ukushisa kwe-EVA, izigaba zomthamo ezinconyiwe nezikhombisi-ndlela zokusebenzisa kahle zimi kanje:

1. Umthamo onconyiwe wama-Flame Retardants

I-Aluminium Hypophosphite

  • Umthamo:5%–10%
  • Umsebenzi:Isebenza kahle kakhulu i-flame retardant, ithuthukisa ukwakheka kwe-char, futhi yehlise izinga lokukhishwa kokushisa.
  • Qaphela:Amanani eqile angase aphazamise ukuguquguquka kwezinto ezibonakalayo; ama-synergistic agents kufanele ahlanganiswe ukuze athuthukiswe.

I-MCA (i-Melamine Cyanurate)

  • Umthamo:10%–15%
  • Umsebenzi:I-Gas-phase flame retardant, imunca ukushisa futhi ikhiphe amagesi angasebenzi (isb, i-NH₃), isebenzisana ne-aluminium hypophosphite ukuze kuthuthukiswe ukubambezeleka komlilo.

I-Magnesium Hydrooxide (Mg(OH)₂)

  • Umthamo:20%–30%
  • Umsebenzi:Ukubola kwe-endothermic kukhipha umhwamuko wamanzi, kuncibilikise amagesi avuthayo kanye nokucindezela intuthu.
  • Qaphela:Ukulayisha okuphezulu kunganciphisa izakhiwo zemishini; ukuguqulwa kwendawo kunconywa ukuthuthukisa ukuhlakazeka.
