3. Ukwakhiwa Kwenayiloni Engabusheki Ilangabi Le-Halogen
Ama-flame retardants angenayo i-halogen (isb., asekelwe ku-phosphorus, e-nitrogen-based, noma ama-inorganic hydroxides) asebenza ngokusabela kwe-endothermic noma ukwakheka kongqimba oluvikelayo, okunikeza ukusebenza okungcono kwemvelo.

- Ama-halogenated flame retardants: Ukusebenza kahle okuphezulu kodwa kubangela ubungozi bemvelo nempilo.
- Ama-flame retardants angenayo i-halogen: I-Eco-friendly kodwa idinga amanani amakhulu futhi ingase ithinte ukusebenza kwempahla.
(2) Ukusetshenziswa kwama-Synergists
- I-Antimony trioxide: Isebenza ngokubambisana nama-halogenated flame retardants ukuthuthukisa ukulibaziseka komlilo.
- I-Phosphorus-nitrogen synergy: Ezinhlelweni ezingenayo i-halogen, i-phosphorus ne-nitrogen-based flame retardants ingahlanganisa ukuze kuthuthukiswe ukusebenza kahle.

6. Izincomo Zokuthuthukisa Ukwakhiwa
(1) Ukuthuthukisa Ukusebenza Kwe-Flame Retardant
- Ukuhlanganiswa kwe-flame retardant: I-Halogen-antimony noma i-phosphorus-nitrogen synergies ukuthuthukisa ukusebenza.
- I-Nano flame retardants: Isb, i-nano magnesium hydroxide noma i-nano clay, ukuthuthukisa ukusebenza kahle nokunciphisa amanani angeziwe.
(2) Ukuthuthukisa Izakhiwo Zemishini
- Ama-Tougheners: Isb, i-POE noma i-EPDM, ukuthuthukisa ukuqina kwempahla kanye nokumelana nomthelela.
- Ukuqinisa ama-fillers: Isb, ingilazi fibre, ukuthuthukisa amandla kanye rigidity.
(3) Ukwehliswa Kwezindleko
- Lungiselela izilinganiso zokubuyiswa komlilo: Nciphisa ukusetshenziswa ngenkathi uhlangabezana nezidingo zokuncipha komlilo.
- Khetha izinto ezingabizi kakhulu: Isb, ama-flame retardants asekhaya noma ahlanganisiwe.
7. Izidingo Zemvelo Nezokulawula
- Ama-halogenated flame retardants: Ikhawulelwe yi-RoHS, REACH, njll., edinga ukusetshenziswa ngokuqapha.
- Ama-flame retardants angenayo i-halogen: Ihambisana nemithethonqubo, emele izitayela zesikhathi esizayo.
Idizayini yokubunjwa kwe-nayiloni ye-retardant flame kufanele icabangele izimo ezithile zohlelo kanye nezidingo zokulawula lapho kukhethwa ama-halogenated noma ama-flame retardant angenawo i-halogen.
