Ungayishisa kanjani inayiloni e-retardant (Polyamide, PA) ?

Inayiloni (i-Polyamide, PA) iyipulasitiki yobunjiniyela esebenza kakhulu esetshenziswa kakhulu kweze-elekthronikhi, ezezimoto, zezindwangu nakweminye imikhakha. Ngenxa yokuvutha kwayo, ukuguqulwa kwe-nayiloni kwe-flame retardant kubaluleke kakhulu. 1. Izimiso Zokuklama I-Nylon Flame Retardant Formulation

  • High Flame Retadancy: Hlangana ne-UL 94 V-0 noma i-V-2 amazinga.

2. Ukwakhiwa Kwenayiloni Ye-Halogenated Flame Retardant

Ama-halogenated flame retardants (isb., izinhlanganisela ze-brominated) aphazamisa ukusabela kweketango lokuvutha ngokukhulula ama-halogen radicals, anikeza ukusebenza kahle kwe-flame retardant.

Ukwakhiwa Kokwakhiwa:

  • I-nayiloni resin (PA6 noma i-PA66): 100 phr
  • I-brominated flame retardant: 10–20 phr (isb, i-decabromodiphenyl ethane, i-brominated polystyrene)
  • I-Antimony trioxide (i-synergist): 3-5 phr
  • Okokugcoba: 1–2 phr (isb, calcium stearate)
  • I-Antioxidant: 0.5–1 phr (isb, 1010 noma 168)

Izinyathelo Zokucubungula:

  1. I-Premix inayiloni resin, i-flame retardant, i-synergist, i-lubricant, ne-antioxidant ngokufanayo.
  2. Hlanganisa i-Melt usebenzisa i-twin-screw extruder kanye ne-peltize.
  3. Lawula izinga lokushisa le-extrusion ku-240–280°C (lungisa ngokusekelwe ohlotsheni lwenayiloni).

Izici:

  • Izinzuzo: Ukusebenza kahle kwe-flame retardant, inani eliphansi lesengezo, elingabizi kakhulu.
  • Ukubi: Ukukhishwa okungaba khona kwamagesi anobuthi ngesikhathi sokusha, ukukhathazeka kwemvelo.

3. Ukwakhiwa Kwenayiloni Engabusheki Ilangabi Le-Halogen

Ama-flame retardants angenayo i-halogen (isb., asekelwe ku-phosphorus, e-nitrogen-based, noma ama-inorganic hydroxides) asebenza ngokusabela kwe-endothermic noma ukwakheka kongqimba oluvikelayo, okunikeza ukusebenza okungcono kwemvelo.

Ukwakhiwa Kokwakhiwa:

  • I-nayiloni resin (PA6 noma i-PA66): 100 phr
  • I-phosphorus-based retardant flame: 10–15 phr (isb, ammonium polyphosphate APP noma i-phosphorus ebomvu)
  • I-nitrogen-based retardant flame: 5-10 phr (isb, melamine cyanrate MCA)
  • I-Inorganic hydroxide: 20–30 phr (isb, i-magnesium hydroxide noma i-aluminium hydroxide)
  • Okokugcoba: 1–2 phr (isb., i-zinc stearate)
  • I-Antioxidant: 0.5–1 phr (isb, 1010 noma 168)

Izinyathelo Zokucubungula:

  1. I-Premix inayiloni resin, i-flame retardant, i-lubricant, ne-antioxidant ngokufanayo.

4. Okucatshangelwayo Okubalulekile Emklamweni Wokwakha

(1) Ukukhetha Ukubuyiswa Komlilo

  • Ama-halogenated flame retardants: Ukusebenza kahle okuphezulu kodwa kubangela ubungozi bemvelo nempilo.
  • Ama-flame retardants angenayo i-halogen: I-Eco-friendly kodwa idinga amanani amakhulu futhi ingase ithinte ukusebenza kwempahla.

(2) Ukusetshenziswa kwama-Synergists

  • I-Antimony trioxide: Isebenza ngokubambisana nama-halogenated flame retardants ukuthuthukisa ukulibaziseka komlilo.
  • I-Phosphorus-nitrogen synergy: Ezinhlelweni ezingenayo i-halogen, i-phosphorus ne-nitrogen-based flame retardants ingahlanganisa ukuze kuthuthukiswe ukusebenza kahle.

(3) Ukuhlakazeka kanye Nokucubungula

  • Abahlakaza: Qinisekisa ukusabalalisa okufanayo kwezinqamuli zomlilo ukuze ugweme ukugxila okuphezulu okwenziwe kwasendaweni.
  • Izinto zokugcoba: Thuthukisa ukucubungula uketshezi futhi unciphise ukuguga kwemishini.

(4) Ama-Antioxidants
Vimbela ukonakala kwezinto ngesikhathi sokucubungula futhi uthuthukise ukuzinza komkhiqizo.

5. Izicelo Ezijwayelekile

  • Ezogesi: Izingxenye ezingabambezeli ilangabi njengezixhumi, amaswishi, namasokhethi.
  • Ezezimoto: I-phr evimbela amalangabi njengamakhava enjini, amahhanisi ezintambo, nezinto zangaphakathi.
  • Izindwangu: Imicu nezindwangu ezinganqamuki ilangabi.

6. Izincomo Zokuthuthukisa Ukwakhiwa

(1) Ukuthuthukisa Ukusebenza Kwe-Flame Retardant

  • Ukuhlanganiswa kwe-flame retardant: I-Halogen-antimony noma i-phosphorus-nitrogen synergies ukuthuthukisa ukusebenza.
  • I-Nano flame retardants: Isb, i-nano magnesium hydroxide noma i-nano clay, ukuthuthukisa ukusebenza kahle nokunciphisa amanani angeziwe.

(2) Ukuthuthukisa Izakhiwo Zemishini

  • Ama-Tougheners: Isb, i-POE noma i-EPDM, ukuthuthukisa ukuqina kwempahla kanye nokumelana nomthelela.
  • Ukuqinisa ama-fillers: Isb, ingilazi fibre, ukuthuthukisa amandla kanye rigidity.

(3) Ukwehliswa Kwezindleko

  • Lungiselela izilinganiso zokubuyiswa komlilo: Nciphisa ukusetshenziswa ngenkathi uhlangabezana nezidingo zokuncipha komlilo.
  • Khetha izinto ezingabizi kakhulu: Isb, ama-flame retardants asekhaya noma ahlanganisiwe.

7. Izidingo Zemvelo Nezokulawula

  • Ama-halogenated flame retardants: Ikhawulelwe yi-RoHS, REACH, njll., edinga ukusetshenziswa ngokuqapha.
  • Ama-flame retardants angenayo i-halogen: Ihambisana nemithethonqubo, emele izitayela zesikhathi esizayo.

Idizayini yokubunjwa kwe-nayiloni ye-retardant flame kufanele icabangele izimo ezithile zohlelo kanye nezidingo zokulawula lapho kukhethwa ama-halogenated noma ama-flame retardant angenawo i-halogen. Ama-halogenated flame retardants anikeza ukusebenza kahle okuphezulu kodwa abeka izingozi zemvelo, kuyilapho ezinye izindlela ezingenayo i-halogen zivumelana nemvelo kodwa zidinga amanani amakhulu okungeziwe.
