I-PBT Halogen-Free Flame Retardant Retardant Formulation

1. Inhlanganisela Eyi-Core Flame Retardant
Inketho 1: I-Aluminium Hypophosphite + MCA (Melamine Cyanurate) + I-Zinc Borate
Indlela:
- I-Aluminium Hypophosphite (Ukuzinza kokushisa > 300°C): Iphromotha ukwakheka kwe-char esigabeni esijiyile futhi ikhiphe ama-PO· radicals esigabeni segesi ukuze iphazamise ukusabela kweketango lomlilo.

Indlela:
- I-Magnesium Hydroxide eguquliwe (Ukubola ~ 300 ° C): Ukwelashwa kwendawo (silane/titanate) kuthuthukisa ukuhlakazeka nokuzinza kokushisa; ukupholisa i-endothermic kwehlisa izinga lokushisa lempahla.
- I-Organic Phosphinate (isb., i-ADP, ukuqina kokushisa > 300°C): Isebenza kahle kakhulu igas-phase flame retardant, ehambisana nezinhlelo ze-phosphorus-nitrogen.

2. Ama-Synergists Okuzikhethela

4. Amathiphu Okuthuthukisa Ukusebenza

6. Amamethrikhi Okuhlola Abalulekile
- I-Flame Retadancy: UL94 V-0 (1.6mm), LOI > 35%.
- Ukuzinza Kokushisa: Izinsalela ze-TGA> 25% (600°C).
- Izakhiwo Zemishini: Amandla aqinile > 45 MPa, umthelela we-notched > 4 kJ/m².
Ngokulungisa kahle izilinganiso, ukusebenza kahle okuphezulu kwe-halogen-free flame retardancy kungafinyelelwa ngenkathi kugcinwa ukusebenza kukonke kwe-PBT.
