I-Polypropylene (PP) I-Flame Retardant Masterbatch iyinhlanganisela ephezulu yokugxila yamalangabi abushelelezi amalangabi kanye ne-carrier resin, esetshenziselwa ukwenza lula ukuguqulwa okungavimbeli ilangabi kwezinto ze-PP. I. Ukwakheka Okuyisisekelo kwe-PP Flame Retardant Masterbatch

  • I-resin yenkampani yenethiwekhi: Ngokuvamile i-PP, iqinisekisa ukuhambisana okuhle nezinto eziyisisekelo.
  • I-flame retardant: I-halogenated noma i-halogen-free, ekhethiwe ngokusekelwe ezidingweni.
  • I-Synergist: Ithuthukisa ukuncipha komlilo (isb., i-antimony trioxide).
  • Ukuhlakazeka: Ithuthukisa ukusakazeka kwama-flame retardants.

II. I-Halogenated Flame Retardant PP Masterbatch Formulation

Ama-halogenated flame retardants (isb, brominated) ahlanganiswe ne-antimony trioxide anikeza ukusebenza kahle okuphezulu.

Ukwakhiwa Kwesibonelo:

  • I-resin yenkampani yenethiwekhi (PP): 40-50%
  • I-brominated flame retardant (isb, i-decabromodiphenyl ether noma i-brominated polystyrene): 30–40%
  • I-Antimony trioxide (i-synergist): 5–10%
  • I-Disperant (isb, i-polyethylene wax): 2-3%
  • I-Lubricant (isb., i-calcium stearate): 1–2%
  • I-Antioxidant (isb, 1010 noma 168): 0.5–1%

Ukucubungula Izinyathelo:

  1. Hlanganisa kuqala zonke izingxenye ngokulinganayo.
  2. Hlanganisa i-Melt usebenzisa i-twin-screw extruder kanye ne-peltize.
  3. Lawula izinga lokushisa le-extrusion ku-180–220°C.

Izici:

  • Ukubambezeleka kwelangabi okuphezulu nokulayisha okungeziwe okuphansi.
  • Ingakhulula amagesi anobuthi ngesikhathi sokusha.
  • Ifanele izicelo ezinezidingo eziphansi zemvelo.

III. Ukwakhiwa kwe-Masterbatch ye-Halogen-Free Flame Retardant

Ama-halogen-free retardants (isb., i-phosphorus-, i-nitrogen-based, noma ama-inorganic hydroxides) ayavumelana nemvelo kodwa adinga ukulayishwa okuphezulu.

Ukwakhiwa Kwesibonelo:

  • I-resin yenkampani yenethiwekhi (PP): 30–40%
  • I-phosphorus-based retardant (isb, ammonium polyphosphate APP noma i-phosphorus ebomvu): 20–30%
  • I-nitrogen-based retardant (isb, i-melamine cyanrate MCA): 10–15%
  • I-Magnesium hydroxide noma i-aluminium hydroxide: 20-30%
  • I-Disperant (isb, i-polyethylene wax): 2-3%
  • I-Lubricant (isb., i-zinc stearate): 1–2%
  • I-Antioxidant (isb, 1010 noma 168): 0.5–1%

Ukucubungula Izinyathelo:

  1. Hlanganisa kuqala zonke izingxenye ngokulinganayo.
  2. Hlanganisa i-Melt usebenzisa i-twin-screw extruder kanye ne-peltize.
  3. Lawula izinga lokushisa le-extrusion ku-180–210°C.

Izici:

  • I-Eco-friendly, awekho amagesi anobuthi ngesikhathi sokusha.
  • Ukulayisha okungeziwe okungaphezulu kungase kuphazamise izakhiwo zemishini.
  • Ifanele izicelo ezinezindinganiso eziqinile zemvelo.

IV. Okucatshangelwayo Okubalulekile Kudizayini Yokwenza

  • Ukukhetha i-flame retardant: Khetha i-halogenated noma i-halogen-free ngokusekelwe ekumelaneni nomlilo odingekayo kanye nemithethonqubo yemvelo.
  • Ukuhambisana kwe-resin yenkampani yenethiwekhi: Kumelwe ihambisane nesisekelo se-PP ukuze kuvinjelwe i-delamination.
  • Ukuhlakazeka: Izisabalalisi nezinto zokugcoba kuqinisekisa ukusatshalaliswa okufanayo kwama-retardants.
  • Icubungula izinga lokushisa: Gwema ukushisa okukhulu ukuze uvimbele ukubola okungaboli.
  • Izakhiwo zemishini: Ukulayisha okungeziwe okungeziwe kungase kwehlise ukusebenza; cabangela ama-toughening agents (isb, i-POE noma i-EPDM).

V. Izicelo Ezijwayelekile

  • I-halogenated masterbatch: Izindlu zikagesi, izintambo/amakhebula.
  • I-masterbatch yamahhala ye-halogen: Ingaphakathi lezimoto, izinto zokwakha, amathoyizi ezingane.

VI. Izincomo Zokuthuthukisa

  • Thuthukisa ukulibaziseka komlilo: Hlanganisa ama-retardants amaningi (isb, i-phosphorus-nitrogen synergy).
  • Thuthukisa izakhiwo zemishini: Engeza okokuqinisa (isb, i-POE/EPDM).
  • Ukwehliswa kwezindleko: Lungiselela izilinganiso ze-retardant bese ukhetha izinto ezingabizi kakhulu.

Ngokwakhiwa okunengqondo kanye nokucubungula ukuklama, ama-masterbatches e-PP flame retardant angahlangabezana nezidingo ezihlukahlukene zohlelo lokusebenza.
