PP V2 Flame Retardant Masterbatch Reference Formulation
Ukuze kuzuzwe i-UL94 V2 flame retardancy ku-PP (polypropylene) masterbatches, inhlanganisela ye-synergistic yama-flame retardants iyadingeka ngenkathi kugcinwa ukusebenza kokucubungula kanye nezakhiwo zemishini. Ngezansi izincomo zokwakheka ezithuthukisiwe ezinezincazelo:

II. Amaphuzu Okuthuthukisa Abalulekile
- Synergistic Flame Retardant System
- I-Intumescent Flame Retardant (IFR):I-Aluminium hypophosphite (umthombo we-asidi) + I-Di-PE (umthombo wekhabhoni) + i-MPP (umthombo wegesi) yakha uhlelo lwe-IFR, idala isendlalelo se-char evikelayo ukuze ivimbele ukushisa nomoya-mpilo.
- I-Zinc Borate Synergy:Isabela nge-aluminium hypophosphite yakhe ungqimba oluvikelayo oluyingilazi, oluthuthukisa ukubuyiswa komlilo kwesigaba segesi.
- I-Aluminium Hydroxide Eshintshiwe:Ukwelashwa okungaphezulu kunciphisa ukukhishwa komswakama ngesikhathi sokucutshungulwa kuyilapho kunikeza ukubola kwe-endothermic ukwehlisa izinga lokushisa lomlilo.
- Ibhalansi Yokucubungula Nokusebenza
- Isamba sokulayisha kwe-flame retardant kufanele kulawulwe35-45%ukugwema ukulahleka kwempahla eyimishini.
- Sebenzisahigh-MFI PP resin (isb, PPH-Y40)ukuthuthukisa ukuhlakazeka kwe-masterbatch nokunciphisa i-viscosity.
- Izincomo Zokuhlola Nokuqinisekisa
- Ukuhlolwa kokushiswa okuqondile kwe-UL94:Qinisekisa ukuthi amalangabi azicisha ngaphakathi60 imizuzwanangemva kokushisa okubili.
- Ukuhlolwa Komshini:Gxila emandleni aqinile (≥20 MPa) kanye namandla okuthinta (≥4 kJ/m²).
- Ukuzinza Kwe-Thermal (TGA):Qinisekisa amazinga okushisa okubola okubuyiswa komlilo afana nebanga lokucubungula le-PP (180–220°C).
III. Ukulungiswa Ongakukhetha
- Ngokuncipha Okuphakeme Kwelangabi (isb, V0):
- Khulisa i-aluminium hypophosphite ukuze25%, engezaI-silicone engu-2%.(ukucindezelwa kwentuthu), bese uphakamisa i-PTFE ukuze0.8%.
- Izicelo Ezingazweli Izindleko:
- Yehlisa okuqukethwe kwe-MPP futhi wandise ngokulingene i-aluminium hydroxide (qinisekisa ukuzinza kokucubungula).
IV. Ukucatshangelwa Okubalulekile
- Ukukhiqizwa kwe-Masterbatch:Hlanganisa ngaphambili ama-flame retardants ne-carrier resin;i-twin-screw extrusion (180–210°C)Kunconywa.
- I-Aluminium Hydroxide Drying:Yomisa ku110°C amahora angu-4ukuvimbela amabhamuza ngesikhathi sokucubungula.
- I-Di-PE/Aluminium Hypophosphite Ratio:Gcina1:2 kuya ku-1:3ngokusebenza kahle kokwakheka kwezinhlamvu.
Ngale ndlela yokwakheka nokucubungula eyenziwe kahle,I-UL94 V2 i-flame retadancyingafinyelelwa ngokuqhubekayo ngenkathi ilondoloza ukusebenza kokucubungula nokuzinza kombala. Ukuhlolwa kwezinga elincane kuyanconywa ukuze kulungiswe kahle ngokusekelwe emiphumeleni yokuhlolwa.
