Ukwakhiwa Kwe-PBT Halogen-Free Flame Retardant

Ukuze kuthuthukiswe isistimu ye-halogen-free flame retardant (FR) ye-PBT, kubalulekile ukulinganisa ukusebenza kahle kokubuyiswa komlilo, ukuzinza kokushisa, ukuhambisana kwezinga lokushisa, kanye nezakhiwo zemishini.

I. Inhlanganisela Eyi-Core Flame Retardant

1. I-Aluminium Hypophosphite + MCA (Melamine Cyanurate) + Zinc Borate

Indlela:

  • I-Aluminium Hypophosphite (Ukuzinza kokushisa > 300°C): Iphromotha ukwakheka kwe-char esigabeni esijiyile futhi ikhiphe ama-PO· radicals esigabeni segesi ukuze iphazamise ukusabela kweketango lomlilo.
  • I-MCA (Izinga lokushisa lokubola. ~300°C): Ukubola kwe-endothermic kukhipha amagesi angenayo (NH₃, H₂O), ukuhlambulula amagesi avuthayo kanye nokucindezela ukuconsa okuncibilikayo.
  • I-Zinc Borate (Izinga lokushisa lokubola > 300°C): Ithuthukisa ukwakheka kwe-char eyingilazi, yehlisa intuthu kanye nokukhanya okungemuva.

Isilinganiso Esinconyiwe:
I-Aluminium Hypophosphite (10-15%) + MCA (5-8%) + I-Zinc Borate (3-5%).

2. I-Surface-Modified Magnesium Hydroxide + Aluminium Hypophosphite + Organic Phosphinate (isb, ADP)

Indlela:

  • I-Magnesium Hydroxide elungisiwe (Izinga lokushisa lokubola. ~300°C): Ukwelashwa okungaphezulu (i-silane/titanate) kuthuthukisa ukuhlakazeka nokuzinza kokushisa kuyilapho kumunca ukushisa ukuze kwehlise izinga lokushisa.
  • I-Organic Phosphinate (isb., i-ADP, Ukuzinza kwe-Thermal > 300°C): Isebenza kahle kakhulu igas-phase flame retardant, ehambisana nezinhlelo ze-phosphorus-nitrogen.

Isilinganiso Esinconyiwe:
I-Magnesium Hydroxide (15-20%) + I-Aluminium Hypophosphite (8-12%) + ADP (5-8%).

II. Optional Synergists

  • I-Nano Clay/Talc (2-3%): Ithuthukisa ikhwalithi ye-char kanye nezakhiwo zemishini ngenkathi yehlisa umthamo we-FR.
  • I-PTFE (i-Polytetrafluoroethylene, 0.2-0.5%): I-ejenti yokunqanda ukuconsa ukuvimbela amaconsi avuthayo.
  • I-Silicone Powder (2-4%): Iphromotha ukwakheka kwe-char elicinene, ithuthukisa ukuncipha komlilo kanye nesicwebezelisi sendawo.

III. Inhlanganisela Okufanele Uyigweme

  • I-Aluminium Hydroxide: Ibola ku-180-200°C (ngaphansi kwezinga lokushisa le-PBT. lika-220-250°C), okuholela ekonakaleni ngaphambi kwesikhathi.
  • I-Magnesium Hydroxide Engashintshiwe: Idinga ukwelashwa okungaphezulu ukuze kuvinjelwe ukuhlangana nokubola okushisayo phakathi nokucubungula.

IV. Izincomo Zokuthuthukisa Ukusebenza

  1. Ukwelapha Okungaphezulu: Sebenzisa i-silane coupling agents ku-magnesium hydroxide ne-zinc borate ukuze uthuthukise ukuhlakazeka nokuhlangana kobuso.
  2. Icubungula Ukulawulwa Kwezinga Lokushisa: Qinisekisa ukuthi izinga lokushisa lokubola kwe-FR> 250°C ukugwema ukuwohloka ngesikhathi sokucubungula.
  3. Ibhalansi Yempahla Yomshini: Hlanganisa ama-nano-filler (isb, i-SiO₂) noma ama-tougheners (isb, i-POE-g-MAH) ukuze unxephezele ukulahlekelwa amandla.

VI. Amapharamitha Wokuhlola Okubalulekile

  • I-Flame Retadancy: UL94 V-0 (1.6mm), LOI > 35%.
  • Ukuzinza Kokushisa: Izinsalela ze-TGA> 25% (600°C).
  • Izakhiwo Zemishini: Amandla aqinile > 45 MPa, umthelela we-notched > 4 kJ/m².

Ngokuthuthukisa izilinganiso, uhlelo olusebenzayo lwe-halogen-free flame retardant lungafinyelelwa ngenkathi kugcinwa ukusebenza kukonke kwe-PBT.
