Ukwakheka Okungashisi I-PBT Halogen-Free Flame Retardant
Ukuze uthuthukise uhlelo lwe-halogen-free flame retardant (FR) lwe-PBT, kubalulekile ukulinganisela ukusebenza kahle kwe-flame retardancy, ukuzinza kokushisa, ukuhambisana kwezinga lokushisa lokucubungula, kanye nezakhiwo zemishini.
I. Izinhlanganisela Ezivimbela Umlilo Eziyinhloko
1. I-Aluminium Hypophosphite + MCA (Melamine Cyanurate) + Zinc Borate
Indlela yokusebenza:
- I-Aluminium Hypophosphite (Ukuqina kokushisa > 300°C): Ikhuthaza ukwakheka kwe-char esigabeni esihlanganisiwe futhi ikhipha ama-PO· radicals esigabeni segesi ukuze iphazamise ukusabela kweketanga lokushiswa.
- I-MCA (Izinga lokushisa lokubola ~300°C): Ukubola kwe-Endothermic kukhipha amagesi angasasebenzi (NH₃, H₂O), kunciphisa amagesi avuthayo futhi kuvimbele ukuvuza okuncibilikayo.
- I-Zinc Borate (Izinga lokushisa lokubola > 300°C): Ithuthukisa ukwakheka kwe-char efana nengilazi, inciphisa intuthu kanye nokukhanya kwangemuva.
Isilinganiso Esinconyiwe:
I-Aluminium Hypophosphite (10-15%) + MCA (5-8%) + Zinc Borate (3-5%).
2. I-Magnesium Hydroxide Eguquliwe Ngaphezulu + I-Aluminium Hypophosphite + I-Organic Phosphinate (isib. I-ADP)
Indlela yokusebenza:
- I-Magnesium Hydroxide Eguquliwe (Izinga lokushisa lokubola ~300°C): Ukwelashwa kwendawo (i-silane/titanate) kuthuthukisa ukuhlakazeka kanye nokuqina kokushisa ngenkathi kudonswa ukushisa kuye ekushiseni kwezinto.
- I-Phosphinate Engokwemvelo (isb., i-ADP, Ukuqina Kokushisa > 300°C): I-retardant yomlilo esebenza kahle kakhulu yesigaba segesi, esebenzisana nezinhlelo ze-phosphorus-nitrogen.
Isilinganiso Esinconyiwe:
I-Magnesium Hydroxide (15-20%) + I-Aluminium Hypophosphite (8-12%) + I-ADP (5-8%).
II. Ama-Synergists Okuzikhethela
- I-Nano Clay/Talc (2-3%): Ithuthukisa ikhwalithi ye-char kanye nezakhiwo zemishini ngenkathi inciphisa umthamo we-FR.
- I-PTFE (i-Polytetrafluoroethylene, 0.2-0.5%): I-ejenti elwa nokuconsa ukuze ivimbele ukusha kwamaconsi.
- I-Silicone Powder (2-4%): Ikhuthaza ukwakheka kwe-char ejiyile, ithuthukisa ukubambezeleka komlilo kanye nokucwebezela kobuso.
III. Izinhlanganisela Okufanele Zigwenywe
- I-Aluminium Hydroxide: Iyabola ku-180-200°C (ngaphansi kwezinga lokushisa lokucubungula le-PBT elingu-220-250°C), okuholela ekuwohlokeni kwangaphambi kwesikhathi.
- I-Magnesium Hydroxide Engashintshiwe: Idinga ukwelashwa kwendawo ukuze kuvinjelwe ukuhlangana kanye nokubola kokushisa ngesikhathi sokucubungula.
IV. Izincomo Zokuthuthukisa Ukusebenza
- Ukwelashwa Komphezulu: Sebenzisa ama-ejenti okuhlanganisa i-silane ku-magnesium hydroxide kanye ne-zinc borate ukuze uthuthukise ukusabalala kanye nokubopha okuphakathi.
- Ukulawulwa Kokushisa Kokucubungula: Qinisekisa ukuthi izinga lokushisa lokubola kwe-FR lingaphezulu kuka-250°C ukuze ugweme ukubola ngesikhathi sokucubungula.
- Ibhalansi Yempahla Yomshini: Faka ama-nano-filler (isb., i-SiO₂) noma ama-tougheners (isb., i-POE-g-MAH) ukuze ubuyisele ukulahleka kwamandla.

VI. Amapharamitha Okuhlola Okubalulekile
- Ukumelana Nokushisa Komlilo: UL94 V-0 (1.6mm), LOI > 35%.
- Ukuzinza Kokushisa: Izinsalela ze-TGA > 25% (600°C).
- Izakhiwo Zomshini: Amandla okunamathela > 45 MPa, umthelela onamachashazi > 4 kJ/m².
Ngokwenza ngcono izilinganiso, uhlelo olusebenzayo lokuvimbela ilangabi olungenalo i-halogen lungatholakala ngenkathi kugcinwa ukusebenza kwe-PBT iyonke.
