  3. 150°C / 1h (inyusa ukuminyana kokuxhumanisa, Tg >125°C)

3. Amanothi Abalulekile

  • Ukulawulwa kwe-viscosity: Uma i-viscosity iphezulu kakhulu, engeza i-epoxy diluent esebenzayo engu-5% (isb, AGE).
  • Ukwelashwa okubambezelekile: Sebenzisa i-methylhexahydrophthalic anhydride (MeHHPA) noma wengeze u-0.2% 2-ethyl-4-methylimidazole (yehlisa ukusabela kwezinga lokushisa legumbi).

III. Ukuqinisekiswa Kokusebenza Nokulungiswa

1. Ukubambezeleka Kwelangabi:

  • Ukuhlolwa kwe-UL94 V0 (ukujiya okungu-1.6mm): Qinisekisa ukuthi isikhathi sokushiswa <10 sec, akukho ukuconsa.
  • Uma ihluleka: Nyusa i-aluminium hypophosphite (+3%) noma i-APP (+2%).
