2. Inqubo Yokwelapha

Ukwelapha Ngezinyathelo (Kulinganisa ukuzinza okubamba ilangabi kanye ne-Tg ephezulu):

  1. 85°C / 2h (ukuqala kancane, kunciphisa amabhamuza)
  2. 120°C / 2h (kuqinisekisa ukusabela okuphelele kwe-anhydride)
  3. 150°C / 1h (kwandisa ubuningi bokuxhumanisa, i-Tg >125°C)

3. Amanothi Ayisihluthulelo

  • Ukulawula ukuthamba: Uma ukuthamba kuphakeme kakhulu, engeza i-5% ye-reactive epoxy diluent (isb., AGE).
  • Ukwelashwa okulibazisekile: Sebenzisa i-methylhexahydrophthalic anhydride (MeHHPA) noma engeza i-0.2% 2-ethyl-4-methylimidazole (yehlisa ukusabela kwegumbi lokushisa).

III. Ukuqinisekiswa Kokusebenza Nokulungiswa

1. Ukumelana Nokushisa:

  • Ukuhlolwa kwe-UL94 V0 (ukujiya okungu-1.6mm): Qinisekisa ukuthi isikhathi sokushisa singaphansi kwemizuzwana eyi-10, akukho ukuconsa.
  • Uma kwehluleka: Khulisa i-aluminium hypophosphite (+3%) noma i-APP (+2%).

2. Ukusebenza Kokushisa:

  • Ukuhlolwa kwe-DSC kwe-Tg: Uma i-Tg ingaphansi kuka-125°C, yehlisa i-aluminium hydroxide (yehlisa i-Tg ngenxa yomphumela we-endothermic).

3. Izakhiwo Zemishini:

  • Uma amandla e-flexural ehla, engeza i-nano-silica engu-1–2% ukuze kuqiniswe.
