I. Indlela Yokuklama Ukwakhiwa

  1. Ukuhambisana kwe-substrate
    • I-SK Polyester ES500: I-polyester ye-thermoplastic enezinga lokushisa elijwayelekile lokucubungula elingu-220–260°C. I-flame retardant kumele imelane nalesi sigaba sezinga lokushisa.
    • Izidingo Eziyinhloko: Ibhalansi ukubambezeleka kwelangabi (V0), izici zokushintshwa (amandla okushuba/okuthinta), kanye nokucubungula uketshezi.
  2. Synergistic Flame Retardant System
    • I-Ultrafine Aluminium Hydroxide (ATH): I-primary flame retardant, endothermic dehydration. Ukulayisha kufanele kulinganisele ukubambezeleka komlilo kanye nezakhiwo zemishini.
    • I-Aluminium Hypophosphite: I-synergist eyenza i-Char-forming, isebenza ne-ATH ukuze idale umphumela we-phosphorus-aluminium synergistic, ukuthuthukisa ikhwalithi ye-char.
    • I-Zinc Borate: Isithuthukisi se-char, sicindezela intuthu, futhi sakha umgoqo ominyene nge-ATH.
    • I-MCA (i-Melamine Cyanurate): I-Gas-phase flame retardant, inciphisa umoya-mpilo futhi ivimbele ukuncibilika ukuconsa.

II. Ukwakhiwa Okunconyiwe (Iphesenti Lesisindo)

I-Zinc Borate 6–8% Kwengezwe ne-MCA ukuze kugwenywe ukulimala kwesakhiwo se-shear ephezulu.
I-MCA 4–5% Izinga lokushisa lenqubo lingu-250°C, ukuhlakazeka kwesivinini esiphansi.
Ukuhlakazeka 2–3% I-polyester-compatible dispersant (isb, BYK-161) + i-polyethylene wax composite.
I-ejenti yokuhlanganisa (KH-550) 1% Ukwelashwa kwangaphambili kwe-ATH ne-aluminium hypophosphite; ukucwiliswa kwe-ethanol kulandelwa ukomiswa.
I-Anti-Dripping Agent 0.5–1% I-PTFE micropowder yokucindezela ukuthungela okuncibilikayo.
Usizo Lokucubungula 0.5% I-Zinc stearate (i-lubrication kanye ne-anti-sticking).

III. Izilawuli Zenqubo Ebalulekile

  1. Ukuthuthukisa Ukusabalalisa
    • Ukwelashwa kwangaphambili: Gcoba i-ATH ne-aluminium hypophosphite ku-1% KH-550 isixazululo se-ethanol amahora angu-2, bese womisa ku-80°C.
    • Ukulandelana Kokuxuba:
      1. Isisekelo se-resin + dispersant + i-ejenti yokuhlanganisa → Ukuxutshwa kwesivinini esiphansi (500 rpm, 5 min).
      2. Engeza i-ATH/aluminium hypophosphite eshintshiwe → Ishear yesivinini esikhulu (2500 rpm, 20 min).
      3. Engeza i-zinc borate/MCA/PTFE → Ukuhlanganisa isivinini esiphansi (800 rpm, 10 min).
    • Izisetshenziswa: I-Twin-screw extruder (izindawo zokushisa: indawo yokuphakelayo 200°C, indawo encibilikayo 230°C, die 220°C).
  2. Icubungula Ukulawulwa Kwezinga Lokushisa
    • Qinisekisa ukuthi izinga lokushisa elincibilikayo lingaphansi kuka-250°C ukuze uvimbele ukubola kwe-MCA (i-MCA ibola ku-250–300°C).
    • Ama-pellets apholile amanzi ngemva kokukhishwa ukuze avimbele ukufuduka kwe-flame retardant.

IV. I-Flame Retardant Synergistic Mechanism

  1. I-ATH + Aluminium Hypophosphite
    • I-ATH imunca ukushisa futhi ikhiphe umhwamuko wamanzi, ihlambulule amagesi avuthayo.
    • I-Aluminium hypophosphite igqugquzela ukwakheka kwe-char elicinene (AlPO₄), ivimbe ukudluliswa kokushisa.
  2. Zinc Borate + MCA
    • I-Zinc borate yakha umgoqo oyingilazi phezu kwemifantu ye-char.
    • I-MCA iyabola ukuze ikhulule i-NH₃, ihlanza umoya-mpilo futhi ivimbele ukusabela kwama-radical mahhala.
  3. I-PTFE Anti-Dripping
    • I-PTFE i-micropowder yakha inethiwekhi ene-fibrous, yehlisa ubungozi bokuthungela kokuncibilika.

V. Ukushuna Ukusebenza & Ukuxazulula Izinkinga

VI. Amamethrikhi okuqinisekisa

    • 1.6 mm kanye nezibonelo ezingu-3.2 mm, isikhathi sokusha esiphelele < amasekhondi angu-50 ngemva kokubasela okubili, akukho ukuthungela okuconsayo.
  2. I-LOI: Ithagethi ≥30% (okwangempela ≥28%).
  3. Izici zikaMechanical:
    • Amandla okuqina > 40 MPa, amandla omthelela > 5 kJ/m² (okujwayelekile kwe-ASTM).
  4. Ukuzinza Kwe-Thermal (TGA):
    • Izinsalela ze-Char ku-800°C> 20%, izinga lokushisa lokuqala lokubola> 300°C.

Ukuhlolwa kwezinga elincane kuyanconywa ukuze kuqinisekiswe ukuhlakazeka ngaphambi kwezilinganiso zokushuna kahle (isb, ukulinganisa i-aluminium hypophosphite ne-MCA). Ukuze uthole okunye ukuthuthukiswa kokubambezeleka komlilo, cabanga ukwengeza u-2% we-boron nitride nanosheets (BNNS) njengesigcwalisi esisebenza kabili esisebenzayo esishisayo/esibuyisela ilangabi.
