I. Indlela Yokuklama Ukwakheka

  1. Ukuhambisana kwe-Substrate
    • I-SK Polyester ES500: I-polyester ye-thermoplastic enezinga lokushisa elijwayelekile lokucubungula elingu-220–260°C. I-flame retardant kumele imelane naleli banga lokushisa.
    • Izidingo Eziyinhloko: Ukulinganisela ukuncipha komlilo (V0), izakhiwo zemishini (amandla okudonsa/okushaya), kanye nokugeleza kokucubungula.
  2. Uhlelo Lokubuyisana Lomlilo Oluhambisanayo
    • I-Ultrafine Aluminium Hydroxide (ATH): I-primary flame retardant, endothermic dehydration. Ukulayisha kumele kulinganisele i-flame retardant kanye nezakhiwo zemishini.
    • I-Aluminium Hypophosphite: I-Char-forming synergist, isebenza ne-ATH ukudala umphumela we-phosphorus-aluminium synergistic, okuthuthukisa ikhwalithi ye-char.
    • I-Zinc Borate: Isithuthukisi se-Char, sicindezela intuthu, futhi sakha isithiyo esiqinile nge-ATH.
    • I-MCA (i-Melamine Cyanurate): I-gas-phase flame retardant, inciphisa umoya-mpilo futhi ivimbele ukuvuza kokuncibilika.

II. Ukwakheka Okunconywayo (Iphesenti Lesisindo)

I-ATH e-Ultrafine 25–30% Ingaphezulu eliguquliwe nge-ejenti yokuxhuma ye-silane (KH-550), D50 < 3 μm.
I-Aluminium Hypophosphite 10–12% Ayimelani nokushisa (>300°C), ixutshwe ne-ATH futhi yengezwe ngezigaba.
I-Zinc Borate 6–8% Kungezwe ne-MCA ukuze kugwenywe umonakalo wesakhiwo ogugile kakhulu.
I-MCA 4–5% Izinga lokushisa lenqubo < 250°C, ukusabalala kwesivinini esiphansi.
Isihlanzi 2–3% Isihlanzisi esihambisana ne-polyester (isb., i-BYK-161) + i-polyethylene wax composite.
I-ejenti Yokuxhuma (KH-550) 1% Ilungisa i-ATH kanye ne-aluminium hypophosphite kusengaphambili; ukucwiliswa kwe-ethanol kulandelwe ukomiswa.
I-Anti-Dripping Ejenti 0.5–1% I-PTFE micropowder yokucindezela ukushaqeka okuncibilikayo.
Usizo Lokucubungula 0.5% I-Zinc stearate (ukugcoba kanye nokunganamatheli).

III. Izilawuli Zenqubo Eziyinhloko

  1. Ukuthuthukiswa Kokuhlakazeka
    • Ngaphambi kokwelashwa: Cwilisa i-ATH kanye ne-aluminium hypophosphite kusisombululo se-ethanol esingu-1% KH-550 amahora ama-2, bese uyomisa ku-80°C.
    • Ukulandelana Kokuxuba:
      1. I-base resin + i-dispersant + i-coupling agent → Ukuxuba okunesivinini esiphansi (500 rpm, imizuzu emi-5).
      2. Engeza i-ATH/aluminium hypophosphite eguquliwe → I-High-speed shear (2500 rpm, imizuzu engama-20).
      3. Engeza i-zinc borate/MCA/PTFE → Ukuxuba ngesivinini esiphansi (800 rpm, imizuzu eyi-10).
    • Imishini: I-extruder enama-screw amabili (izindawo zokushisa: indawo yokudla engu-200°C, indawo yokuncibilika engu-230°C, i-die 220°C).
  2. Ukulawulwa Kokushisa Kokucubungula
    • Qinisekisa ukuthi izinga lokushisa lokuncibilika lingaphansi kuka-250°C ukuze uvimbele ukubola kwe-MCA (i-MCA iyabola ku-250–300°C).
    • Ama-pellets apholile ngamanzi ngemva kokukhipha ukuze kuvinjelwe ukufuduka okubamba ilangabi.

IV. Indlela Yokusebenzisana Evimbela Amalangabi

  1. I-ATH + i-Aluminium Hypophosphite
    • I-ATH imunca ukushisa futhi ikhiphe umhwamuko wamanzi, inciphise amagesi avuthayo.
    • I-aluminium hypophosphite ikhuthaza ukwakheka kwe-dense char (AlPO₄), ivimba ukudluliselwa kokushisa.
  2. I-Zinc Borate + MCA
    • I-Zinc borate yakha isithiyo esinjengengilazi phezu kwemifantu ye-char.
    • I-MCA iyabola ukuze ikhiphe i-NH₃, inciphise umoya-mpilo futhi ivimbele ukusabela kwama-free radical.
  3. I-PTFE Anti-Dripping
    • I-PTFE micropowder yakha inethiwekhi ye-fibrous, inciphisa ingozi yokusha kwe-melt-drip.

V. Ukulungisa Ukusebenza Nokuxazulula Izinkinga

Ukugeleza kokucubungula okubi Khulisa i-dispersant ibe ngu-3%, noma engeza i-wax ye-polyethylene ephansi engu-0.5% (ukugcoba).
Ukuqhakaza kobuso Lungiselela umthamo we-coupling agent noma ushintshele ku-titanate coupling agent (NDZ-201) ukuze uthole i-interfacial bonding engcono.

VI. Amamethrikhi Okuqinisekisa

  1. Ukuhlolwa kwe-UL94 V0:
    • Amasampula angu-1.6 mm kanye no-3.2 mm, isikhathi sokusha esiphelele < imizuzwana engu-50 ngemva kokusha okubili, akukho ukusha okuconsayo.
  2. I-LOI: Inhloso ≥30% (yangempela ≥28%).
  3. Izakhiwo Zemishini:
    • Amandla okunamathela > 40 MPa, amandla okushaya > 5 kJ/m² (okujwayelekile kwe-ASTM).
  4. Ukuzinza Kokushisa (TGA):
    • Izinsalela ze-Char ku-800°C > 20%, izinga lokushisa lokuqala lokubola > 300°C.

Kunconywa izivivinyo ezincane ukuqinisekisa ukuhlakazeka ngaphambi kokulinganisa okuhle (isb., ukulinganisa i-aluminium hypophosphite kanye ne-MCA). Ukuze uthole ukuthuthukiswa okwengeziwe kokuvimbela ilangabi, cabanga ngokungeza ama-nanosheet e-boron nitride angu-2% (BNNS) njengesigcwalisi sokushisa esisebenza kabili/esivimbela ilangabi.
