I-Ammonium Polyphosphate (APP): Xazulula Umkhawulo we-REACH Wokwakheka Kwesimbozo Esivimbela Umlilo

Imikhawulo kuma-halogens, izinsimbi ezisindayo kanye nama-PBDE yenza ukwakheka kwendabuko kungathengiswa, kuyilapho isidingo sokuvimbela umlilo ezimweni zezimboni kanye nezomphakathi sisalokhu siqinile. I-REACH inciphisa amakhemikhali ayingozi angaphezu kuka-2000, okuhlanganisa nezithiyo zomlilo ezifakwe i-halogenated ezimbozweni zendabuko. Ama-PBB nama-PBDE avinjelwe ngenxa yokuphikelela kwawo kanye nobuthi, kanti abakhiqizi abangathobeli imithetho babhekene nokuboshwa, izinhlawulo noma ukukhishwa emakethe.
Ngaphandle kokuhambisana nomthetho, ama-halogenated flame retardants akhipha amagesi anobuthi uma eshiswa futhi ehlangana kabi nama-epoxy/acrylic resins, okubangela ukuhlukana kanye nokuncipha kokunamathela—okwenza isidingo sezinye izindlela eziluhlaza.
Njenge-halogen-free inorganic flame retardant, i-APP ihlangabezana nezidingo ze-REACH ngokwemvelo. Isakhi sayo esiyinhloko (i-NH4)n+2PnO3n+1 asinazo izinto ezivinjelwe futhi sibhaliswe yi-REACH. I-APP ifinyelela ekubambezelekeni komlilo ngokwakhiwa kwekhabhoni engaphakathi: izinga lokushisa eliphezulu libangela ukukhishwa kwe-ammonia kanye ne-polyphosphoric acid, okukhuthaza ukufakwa kwekhabhoni ngaphansi komhlaba ukuze kwakheke ungqimba oluvikela umoya-mpilo. Ngokungafani nezinketho ze-halogenated, ayikhiqizi amagesi anobuthi, ahambisana nezitayela eziluhlaza.

I-APP ihambisana kahle ne-melamine kanye ne-pentaerythritol ohlelweni lwe-intumescent. Ukuhlolwa kwezimboni kuqinisekisa ukuthi upende olune-APP engu-25-30% (ingxenye enkulu) luhlangabezana nezinga le-GB/T 8624-2012 B1 elivimbela ilangabi kanye nokunamathela kwebanga loku-1, okwanelisa izinhlelo eziningi zokusebenza.
