Ukuhlaziywa kanye Nokuthuthukiswa Kokwakheka Okungalawuli Umlilo Kwezingubo ze-PVC

- I-dispersant yamanje ingaba uhlobo olujwayelekile (isb. i-stearic acid noma i-PE wax), okungasebenzi kahle kuma-inorganic flame retardants anemithwalo ephezulu (i-aluminium hypophosphite + i-zinc borate enezingxenye ezingu-48), okubangela:
- Ukuhlanganiswa kwezinhlayiya ezivimbela ilangabi, okudala izindawo ezibuthakathaka endaweni embozweni.
- Ukugeleza kokuncibilika okubi ngesikhathi sokucubungula, okudala ukushisa okushelelayo okubangela ukubola ngaphambi kwesikhathi.
4. Ukuhambisana Okubi Phakathi Kwezinto Ezivimbela Umlilo Ne-PVC
- Izinto ezingaphili njenge-aluminium hypophosphite kanye ne-zinc borate zinomehluko omkhulu we-polarity nge-PVC. Ngaphandle kokuguqulwa kwendawo (isb., ama-silane coupling agents), ukuhlukaniswa kwesigaba kwenzeka, kunciphisa ukusebenza kahle kokuvimbela ilangabi.
II. Indlela Yokuklama Okuyinhloko
1. Shintsha i-Plasticizer Eyinhloko nge-TOTP
- Sebenzisa ukuvimbela kwayo ilangabi kwangaphakathi okuhle kakhulu (okuqukethwe kwe-phosphorus ≈9%) kanye nomphumela we-plasticizing.
2. Lungiselela izilinganiso ezivimbela ilangabi kanye nokusebenzisana

- Khulisa kakhulu okuqukethwe kwe-plasticizer:Qinisekisa ukuthi i-PVC iqiniswa ngokuphelele futhi wehlise ukuthamba kwesistimu.

1. I-TOTP iyi-Core Foundation
- Izingxenye ezingu-65–75kuqinisekisa:

- Ukunciphisa ukujiya: Kubalulekile ekuthuthukiseni ukusabalala kwezinto ezivimbela ilangabi ezingaphili ezinomthwalo omningi.
- Ukuvimbela ilangabi kwangaphakathi: I-TOTP ngokwayo iyi-plasticizer ephumelela kakhulu evimbela ilangabi.
2. Ukusebenzisana Okungalawuli Ilanga
- Ukusebenzisana kwe-PNB-Al:I-aluminium hypophosphite (P) + MCA (N) inikeza isisekelo se-PN synergy. I-Zinc borate (B, Zn) ithuthukisa ukusha kanye nokucindezela intuthu. I-Ultrafine ATH (Al) inikeza ukupholisa okukhulu kwe-endothermic kanye nokucindezela intuthu. I-TOTP iphinde inikele nge-phosphorus. Lokhu kudala uhlelo lwe-multi-element synergistic.
- Indima ka-ATH:Izingxenye ezingu-25–35 ze-ATH e-ultrafine zinegalelo elikhulu ekubambezelekeni komlilo kanye nokunciphisa intuthu. - I-hypophosphite ye-aluminium encishisiwe:Yehliswa kusukela ezingxenyeni ezingu-30 kuya kwezingu-15-20 ukuze kuncishiswe umthwalo wesistimu ngenkathi kugcinwa umnikelo we-phosphorus.
- I-MCA encishisiwe:Yehliswa kusuka ezingxenyeni eziyi-10 kuya kwezingu-4-6 ukuvimbela ukufuduka.
3. Isixazululo Sokuhlakazeka - Sibalulekile Empumelelweni
- I-Super-dispersant (izingxenye ezingu-3–4):Kubalulekile ekusingatheni umthwalo omkhulu (izingxenye ezingu-50-70 zezingxenye ezingezona ezingokwemvelo!), uhlelo olunzima ukuhlakazeka (i-aluminium hypophosphite + i-ultrafine ATH + i-zinc borate).Ama-dispers ajwayelekile (isb., i-calcium stearate, i-PE wax) awanele!Tshala imali kuma-super-dispersants asebenza kahle kakhulu bese usebenzisa inani elanele.
- Okuqukethwe kwe-plasticizer (izingxenye ezingu-65–75):Njengoba kushiwo ngenhla, kunciphisa ukujiya okuphelele, okudala indawo engcono yokuhlakazeka.
- Izinto zokugcoba (izingxenye ezingu-1–2):Inhlanganisela yamafutha okugcoba angaphakathi/angaphandle iqinisekisa ukugeleza okuhle ngesikhathi sokuxuba nokufaka ungqimba, okuvimbela ukunamathela.
4. Ukucubungula – Iphrothokholi Eqinile Yokuxuba Ngaphambi Kokuxuba
- Isinyathelo 1 (Izimpushana ezingaphili ezixutshwe nowomile):
- Faka i-aluminium hypophosphite, i-ultrafine ATH, i-zinc borate, i-MCA, kanye nakho konke oku-super-dispersant ku-mixer yesivinini esikhulu.
- Hlanganisa ku-80–90°C imizuzu engu-8–10. Umgomo: Qinisekisa ukuthi i-super-dispersant imboza ngokuphelele inhlayiya ngayinye, iphule ama-agglomerate.Isikhathi kanye nokushisa kubalulekile!
- Isinyathelo sesi-2 (Ukwakheka kodaka):
- Engeza iningi le-TOTP (isb., 70–80%), zonke izinto eziqinisa ukushisa, kanye nezinto zokugcoba zangaphakathi engxubeni evela ku-Isinyathelo 1.
- Hlanganisa ku-90–100°C imizuzu emi-5–7 ukuze wakhe i-slurry efanayo, egobhozayo nevimbela ilangabi. Qinisekisa ukuthi impuphu imanziswe ngokuphelele yi-plasticizers.
- Isinyathelo 3 (Engeza i-PVC kanye nezingxenye ezisele):
- Faka i-resin ye-PVC, i-TOTP esele, izinto zokugcoba zangaphandle (kanye nama-antioxidants/iziqinisi ze-UV, uma zengezwe kulesi sigaba).
- Hlanganisa ku-100–110°C imizuzu engu-7–10 kuze kufike “eqophelweni elomile” (eligeleza ngokukhululeka, elingenamaqhubu).Gwema ukuxuba ngokweqile ukuze uvimbele ukuwohloka kwe-PVC.
- Ukupholisa:Khipha bese upholisa ingxube ibe ngaphansi kuka-50°C ukuze uvimbele ukuqunjelwa.
5. Ukucubungula Okulandelanayo
- Sebenzisa ingxube eyomile epholile ukuze uhlanganise noma ugcobe.
- Lawula izinga lokushisa lokucubungula ngokuqinile (izinga lokushisa lokuncibilika elinconywayo ≤170–175°C) ukuze ugweme ukwehluleka kokuzinzisa noma ukubola ngaphambi kwesikhathi kwezinto ezigcina umlilo (isb., ATH).
V. Imiphumela Elindelekile Nezinyathelo Zokuqapha
- Ukuphelelwa yilangatye:Uma kuqhathaniswa nefomula yokuqala (i-TOTM + i-hypophosphite/MCA ene-aluminium ephezulu), le fomula ebuyekeziwe (i-TOTP + isilinganiso se-P/N/B/Al esilungiselelwe kahle) kufanele ithuthukise kakhulu ukuvimbela ilangabi, ikakhulukazi ekusebenzeni kokusha okuqondile kanye nokucindezela intuthu. Izindinganiso eziqondiwe njenge-CPAI-84 yamatende. Ukuhlolwa okubalulekile: I-ASTM D6413 (ukusha okuqondile).
- Ukuhlakazeka:I-Super-dispersant + i-plasticizer ephezulu + ukuxuba kwangaphambili okwenziwe kahle kufanele kuthuthukise kakhulu ukuhlakazeka, kunciphise ukuhlangana futhi kuthuthukise ukufana kokumboza.
- Ukucutshungulwa:I-TOTP eyanele kanye nezinto zokugcoba kufanele ziqinisekise ukucutshungulwa okubushelelezi, kodwa ziqaphe ukunamathela nokunamathela ngesikhathi sokukhiqiza kwangempela.
- Izindleko:I-TOTP kanye ne-super-dispersants kuyabiza, kodwa i-aluminium hypophosphite encishisiwe kanye ne-MCA kunciphisa ezinye izindleko. I-ATH ishibhile kakhulu.

- I-ATH:Kumelwe usebenzise i-ultrafine (D50 ≤2µm), amazinga ahlanzwe ngaphezulu (isb., i-silane). Xhumana nabahlinzeki ukuze uthole izincomo ezihambisana ne-PVC.
- Izisabalalisi Ezinkulu:Kumelwe usebenzise izinhlobo ezisebenza kahle kakhulu. Yazisa abaphakeli ngokusetshenziswa (i-PVC, izigcwalisi ezingaphili ezinomthwalo omningi, ukuvimbela ilangabi okungenalo i-halogen).
- I-TOTP:Qinisekisa ikhwalithi ephezulu.
- Ukuhlolwa:Yenza izivivinyo eziqinile zokuvimbela ilangabi ngokwezindinganiso eziqondiwe. Hlola futhi ukumelana nokuguga/namanzi (kubalulekile ematendeni angaphandle!). Iziqinisi ze-UV kanye nama-antioxidants kubalulekile.
