Ukuhlaziywa Kwe-Flame Retardant kanye Nezincomo Zezimbozo Ze-Battery Separator

1. Izinto Ezivimbela Umlilo Ezihambisanayo ze-Phosphorus-Nitrogen (isb., i-Modified Ammonium Polyphosphate (APP) + i-Melamine)

Indlela yokusebenza:

  • Umthombo we-asidi (i-APP) kanye nomthombo wegesi (i-melamine) kuyasebenzisana ukuze kukhishwe i-NH₃ kanye ne-N₂, kuncibilikiswe umoya-mpilo futhi kwakhiwe ungqimba lwe-char ukuze kuvinjwe amalangabi.
    Izinzuzo:
  • Ukusebenzisana kwe-phosphorus-nitrogen kunganciphisa izinga lokushisa lokubola (okulungiselelwa ku-~140°C nge-nano-size noma i-formulation).

  • Ukuhlolwa kokuhambisana kwe-electrochemical (isb., i-cyclic voltammetry) kuyadingeka.

2. Izinto Ezivimbela Umlilo Ezisekelwe Ku-nitrogen (isb., Izinhlelo Ze-Azo Compound)

Umuntu ozongenela ukhetho:I-Azodicarbonamide (ADCA) eneziqalisi (isib., i-ZnO).
Indlela yokusebenza:

  • Izinga lokushisa lokubola elilungiseka libe ngu-140–150°C, likhipha i-N₂ kanye ne-CO₂.
    Izinzuzo:
  • I-N₂ iyigesi engasebenzi kahle, engenangozi kumabhethri.
    Izinto okufanele uzicabangele:
  • Imikhiqizo engaphansi kokulawula (isb., i-CO, i-NH₃).
  • I-Microencapsulation ingalungisa ngokunembile izinga lokushisa lokubola.

3. Izinhlelo Zokusabela Kokushisa zeCarbonate/Acid (isb., i-Microencapsulated NaHCO₃ + Umthombo we-Acid)

Indlela yokusebenza:

  • Ama-microcapsule ayaqhuma ku-140°C, okubangela ukusabela phakathi kwe-NaHCO₃ kanye ne-organic acid (isb., i-citric acid) ukuze kukhishwe i-CO₂.
    Izinzuzo:
  • I-CO₂ ayisebenzi futhi iphephile; izinga lokushisa lokusabela liyalawuleka.
    Izinto okufanele uzicabangele:
  • Ama-ion e-sodium angaphazamisa ukuthuthwa kwe-Li⁺; cabanga ngosawoti we-lithium (isb., i-LiHCO₃) noma ukuvimba i-Na⁺ ekumbozweni.
  • Lungiselela ukufakwa kwe-encapsulation ukuze kuqiniswe izinga lokushisa legumbi.

Ezinye Izinketho Ezingenzeka

  • Izinhlaka Zensimbi Nezinto Eziphilayo (ama-MOF):isib., i-ZIF-8 iyabola emazingeni okushisa aphezulu ukuze ikhiphe igesi; ivikela ama-MOF anezinga lokushisa elifanayo lokubola.

  2. Ukuhlolwa Kwamakhemikhali:Hlola umthelela ekuqhutshweni kwe-ionic, impedance ye-interfacial, kanye nokusebenza kokujikeleza.
  3. Ukuhlolwa Kokuvinjelwa Komlilo:isib., ukuhlolwa kokushisa okuqondile, ukulinganiswa kokushisa (ku-140°C).
