Izilinganiso Ezivimbela Umlilo kanye Nezifinyezo Zezindinganiso Zokuhlola

  1. Umqondo Wesilinganiso Esivimbela Umlilo

Ukuhlolwa kwesilinganiso sokuvinjelwa komlilo kuyindlela esetshenziswa ukuhlola ikhono lento yokumelana nokusabalala komlilo. 1.1 Izincazelo zezilinganiso ezine ezivimbela amalangabi

I-HB (Ukushisa Okuvundlile):
Isilinganiso se-HB sibonisa ukuthi izinto zisha kancane kodwa azizicimi. Ziyizinga eliphansi kakhulu ku-UL94 futhi zivame ukusetshenziswa lapho izindlela zokuhlola eziqondile (V-0, V-1, noma V-2) zingasebenzi.

V-2 (Ukushisa Okuqondile – Izinga 2):

V-1 (Ukushisa Okuqondile – Izinga 1):

Ngemva kokuba ilangabi lisusiwe, isikhathi sokusha kwezinto asidluli imizuzwana eyi-10, futhi ilangabi akumele lisabalale ngaphezu komugqa ophawuliwe noma livuthe ukotini obekwe ngaphansi kwamasentimitha angama-30.

1.2 Isingeniso Kweminye Izilinganiso Ezivimbela Umlilo

I-5VA kanye ne-5VB ziyingxenye yohlelo lokuhlola ukushisa oluqondile olusebenzisa ilangabi lokuhlola elingu-500W (ukuphakama kwelangabi okungu-125mm).

5VA (Ukushisa Okuqondile – Izinga le-5VA):
Isilinganiso se-5VA siwukuhlukaniswa okujwayelekile kwe-UL94. Sibonisa ukuthi ngemva kokususwa kwelangabi, isikhathi sokusha kwezinto asidluli imizuzwana engama-60, ilangabi akumelwe lisabalale ngaphezu komugqa ophawuliwe, futhi noma yimaphi amalangabi aconsayo akumelwe adlule imizuzwana engama-60.

5VB (Ukushisa Okuqondile – Izinga le-5VB):
Isilinganiso se-5VB sifana ne-5VA, sinezindlela ezifanayo zokushisa isikhathi kanye nokusabalala komlilo.

I-VTM-0, i-VTM-1, i-VTM-2 yizigaba zezinto ezincane (ukujiya < 0.025mm) ekuhlolweni kokusha okuqondile (ukuphakama kwelangabi okungu-20mm), okusebenza kumafilimu epulasitiki.

I-VTM-0 (Ukushisa Kwethreyi Eqondile – Izinga 0):

I-VTM-2 (Ukushisa Kwethreyi Eqondile – Izinga 2):
Isilinganiso se-VTM-2 sinemigomo efanayo neye-VTM-1.

I-HBF, i-HF1, i-HF2 yizigaba zokuhlolwa kokusha okuvundlile ezintweni ezine-foam (ukuphakama kwelangabi okungu-38mm).

I-HBF (Izinto Ezivundlile Zokushisa Ezinefomu):
Isilinganiso se-HBF sisho ukuthi isivinini sokusha sento enegwebu asidluli ku-40 mm/min, futhi ilangabi kumele licime ngaphambi kokufinyelela emgqeni ophawulwe ngo-125 mm.

HF-1 (Ukushisa Okuvundlile – Izinga 1):
Isilinganiso se-HF-1 sisho ukuthi ngemva kokususwa kwelangabi, isikhathi sokusha kwezinto asidluli imizuzwana emi-5, futhi ilangabi akumelwe lisabalale ngaphezu komugqa ophawuliwe.

HF-2 (Ukushisa Okuvundlile – Izinga 2):
Isilinganiso se-HF-2 sisho ukuthi ngemva kokususwa kwelangabi, isikhathi sokusha kwezinto asidluli imizuzwana eyi-10, futhi ilangabi akumelwe lisabalale ngaphezu komugqa ophawuliwe.

Izinhloso zokuhlolwa kwesilinganiso sokuvimbela ilangabi zifaka:

2.1 Ukuhlola Ukusebenza Kokushisa Kwezinto Ezibonakalayo

Ukunquma isivinini sokusha kwento, ukusabalala kwelangabi, kanye nokusabalala komlilo ngaphansi kwezimo zomlilo kusiza ekuhloleni ukuphepha kwayo, ukuthembeka kwayo, kanye nokufaneleka kwayo ekusetshenzisweni okungashi.

2.2 Ukunquma Amandla Okubamba Umlilo

Ukuhlola kukhomba ikhono lento yokuvimba ukusabalala komlilo lapho ivezwa emthonjeni womlilo, okubalulekile ekuvimbeleni ukwanda komlilo nokunciphisa umonakalo.

2.3 Ukukhetha Nokusetshenziswa Kwezinto Eziqondisayo

Ngokuqhathanisa izakhiwo zezinto ezahlukene ezivimbela umlilo, ukuhlola kusiza ekukhetheni izinto ezifanele zokwakha, ezokuthutha, ze-elekthronikhi, kanye nezinye izinkambu ukuthuthukisa ukuphepha emlilweni.

2.4 Ukuthobela Imithethonqubo Nezindinganiso

4.1 Ukushisa Okuvundlile (HB)

4.1.1 Izidingo Zesampula

  • Ifomu: Amashidi (asikiwe, aqoshiwe, akhishwe, njll.) anemiphetho ebushelelezi, izindawo ezihlanzekile, kanye nobukhulu obufanayo.

  • Isikhathi: Qopha isikhathi kanye nobude obushisiwe (L) kusukela ku-25mm kuya ku-100mm.
  • Ukubala: Isivinini sokushisa (V) = 60L/t (mm/min).

4.1.3 Amarekhodi Okuhlola

  • Ukuthi ilangabi lifinyelela ku-25±1mm noma ku-100±1mm.

4.1.4 Izindlela Zokulinganisa ze-HB

  • Ngobukhulu obungu-3–13mm: Isivinini sokushisa ≤40mm/min ngaphezu kobubanzi obungu-75mm.
  • Ukuze ubukhulu bube ngaphansi kuka-3mm: Isivinini sokushisa ≤75mm/min ngaphezu kobubanzi obungu-75mm.
  • Ilangabi kumele lime ngaphambi kuka-100mm.

4.2 Ukushisa Okuqondile (V-2, V-1, V-0)

4.2.1 Izidingo Zesampula

  • Ifomu: Amashidi anemiphetho ebushelelezi, izindawo ezihlanzekile, kanye nobukhulu obufanayo.
  • Ubukhulu: 125±5mm × 13.0±0.5mm. Nikeza amasampula obukhulu obuncane/obukhulu; uma imiphumela ihluka, kudingeka amasampula aphakathi nendawo (≤3.2mm span).
  • Izinhlobo: Amasampula amele imibala/ubuningi obuhlukene.
  • Ubuningi: Amasethi okungenani ama-2, amasampula ama-5 ngesethi ngayinye.

4.2.2 Ukulungiswa Kwesampula

  • Okujwayelekile: 23±2°C, 50±5% RH amahora angu-48; vivinya zingakapheli imizuzu engama-30 ngemva kokususwa.
  • Ihhavini: 70±1°C cishe amahora angu-≥168, bese upholisa ku-desiccator cishe amahora angu-≥4; vivinya kungakapheli imizuzu engama-30.

4.2.3 Inqubo Yokuhlola

  • Ukubopha: Bamba ingxenye ephezulu engu-6mm, ukuqondisa okuqondile, ingxenye engezansi ingu-300±10mm ngaphezu kokotini (0.08g, 50×50mm, ≤6mm ubukhulu).
  • Ilangabi: Ukugeleza kwe-methane okungu-105ml/min, ingcindezi yangemuva engu-10mm ikholomu yamanzi, ukuphakama kwelangabi okungu-20±1mm.
  • Ukushisa: Faka ilangabi enqenqemeni elingezansi lesampula (ibanga elingu-10±1mm) amasekhondi angu-10±0.5. Lungisa uma isampula iguquguquka.
  • Isikhathi: Qopha ilangabi elingemuva (t1) ngemva kokushisa kokuqala, phinda ufake ilangabi imizuzwana eyi-10±0.5, bese uqopha ilangabi elingemuva (t2) kanye nokukhanya okungemuva (t3).
  • Amanothi: Uma kuvela ukuconsa, tshekisa isishisi ngama-degree angu-45. Ungawanaki amasampula uma ilangabi licima ngenxa yokukhishwa kwegesi.

4.2.4 Izindlela Zokulinganisa (V-2, V-1, V-0)
