Izixazululo Zokubuyiswa Kwamalangabi Zamafilimu Eshidi Le-PET
Ikhasimende likhiqiza amafilimu eshidi le-PET angavimbeli ilangabi anogqinsi ukusuka ku-0.3 kuya ku-1.6 mm, lisebenzisa i-hexaphenoxycyclotriphosphazene (HPCTP) futhi lifuna ukuncishiswa kwezindleko. Ngezansi kukhona ukwakheka okunconyiwe nokuhlaziya okuningiliziwe kwamafilimu e-PET angavimbeli ilangabi:
1. Ukuhlaziywa Kokukhetha Okubuyiswa Kwelangabi
I-Hexaphenoxycyclotriphosphazene (HPCTP)
- Izinzuzo: Ama-flame retardants asuselwa ku-Phosphazene ahlakazeka kahle ku-PET, agcina ukubonakala okuphezulu. Indlela evimbe amalangabi ihlanganisa ukushaja kwesigaba esijiyile kanye nokucupha okunamandla kwesigaba segesi, okuyenza ifanele amafilimu abonisa ngale.
- Umthamo: Kunconywe ku-5% -10%. Amanani eqile angase athinte izakhiwo zemishini.
- Izindleko: Ziphezulu ngokuqhathaniswa, kodwa izindleko eziphelele zihlala zilawuleka ekulayisheni okuphansi.
I-Aluminium Hypophosphite
- Ukungalungi: Izimpushana ezingaphili zingadala inkungu, ziphazamise ukubonakala. Usayizi wezinhlayiyana ocwebe kakhulu noma ukulungiswa kwendawo kungadingeka ukuze kusetshenziswe okungenzeka.
- Ukusebenza: Akunconyiwe yedwa; ingahlanganiswa ne-HPCTP ukuze kwehliswe izindleko zizonke (ukuhlola obala kuyadingeka).
2. Izinketho Zokwakha Ezinconyiwe
Inketho 1: Uhlelo olulodwa lwe-HPCTP
- Ukwakhiwa: 8% -12% HPCTP + PET base material.
- Izinzuzo: Ukukhanya okuphezulu nokusebenza kahle kwe-flame-retardant (kungafinyelela i-UL94 VTM-2 noma i-VTM-0).
- Isilinganiso Sezindleko: Ekulayisheni okungu-10%, ukukhuphuka kwezindleko ngekhilogramu ye-PET cishe ku-¥10 (¥100/kg × 10%).
Inketho 2: I-HPCTP + Aluminium Hypophosphite Blend
- Ukwakhiwa: 5% HPCTP + 5% -8% aluminium hypophosphite + PET base material.
- Izinzuzo: Ukwehliswa kwezindleko, nge-aluminium hypophosphite esiza ekubambezelekeni komlilo wesigaba segesi, okungenzeka kunciphise ukusetshenziswa kwe-HPCTP.
- Qaphela: Ukucaca kufanele kuhlolwe (i-aluminium hypophosphite ingase ibangele inkungu encane).
3. Izincomo Zokucubungula Nokuhlola
- Inqubo Yokusabalalisa: Sebenzisa i-twin-screw extruder ukuze uqinisekise ukuhlakazeka okufanayo kwama-flame retardants futhi ugweme i-agglomeration ephazamisa ukubonakala.
- Ukuhlolwa Kokubuyiswa Kwelangabi: Linganisa ngokwezinga le-UL94 VTM noma I-Oxygen Index (OI), uqondise ku-OI > 28%.
- Ukuhlolwa Kokungafihli: Kala inkungu usebenzisa imitha yehaze, uqinisekise ukuthi inkungu <5% (ugqinsi lwefilimu: 0.3-1.6 mm).
4. Ukuqhathaniswa Kwezindleko

5. Isiphetho
- Inketho Ekhethwayo: I-HPCTP iyodwa ku-8% -10%, ukulinganisa obala kanye nokuncipha komlilo.
- Enye Inketho: Ingxube ye-HPCTP ne-aluminium hypophosphite, edinga ukuqinisekiswa kokusobala kanye nemiphumela ye-synergistic.
Okutuswayo: Ikhasimende kufanele lenze uvivinyo oluncane kuqala, ligxile ekubambezeleni ilangabi (UL94/OI) nokuhlola inkungu, bese lilungiselela ukwakheka nenqubo. Uma kudingeka okunye ukuncishiswa kwezindleko, hlola i-aluminium hypophosphite eguquliwe phezulu noma amanoveli e-phosphorus-based flame retardants.
