Izixazululo Ezivimbela Umlilo Zamafilimu Eshidi Le-PET

Ikhasimende likhiqiza amafilimu eshidi le-PET angabonakali agcina ilangabi anobukhulu obusukela ku-0.3 kuya ku-1.6 mm, esebenzisa i-hexaphenoxycyclotriphosphazene (HPCTP) futhi lifuna ukunciphisa izindleko. Ngezansi kunezindlela ezinconywayo kanye nokuhlaziywa okuningiliziwe kwamafilimu e-PET angabonakali agcina ilangabi:

1. Ukuhlaziywa Kokukhethwa Okungalawuli Ilanga

I-Hexaphenoxycyclotriphosphazene (HPCTP)

  • Izinzuzo: Izinto ezivimbela ilangabi ezisekelwe ku-Phosphazene zisakazeka kahle ku-PET, zigcina ukukhanya okuphezulu. Indlela evimbela ilangabi ihilela ukusha kwesigaba esihlanganisiwe kanye nokubamba ama-radical esigaba segesi, okwenza kufaneleke kumafilimu abonakalayo.
  • Isilinganiso: Kunconywa ku-5%-10%. Amanani amaningi angathinta izakhiwo zemishini.
  • Izindleko: Ziphezulu kakhulu, kodwa izindleko zizonke zihlala zilawuleka uma zilayisha kancane.

I-Aluminium Hypophosphite

  • Okubi: Izimpushana ezingaphili zingadala umswakama, zithinte ukubonakala. Usayizi wezinhlayiya ezincane kakhulu noma ukuguqulwa kwendawo kungadingeka ukuze kusetshenziswe kahle.
  • Ukusebenza: Akukhuthazwa kuphela; kungaxutshwa ne-HPCTP ukuze kuncishiswe izindleko zizonke (kudingeka ukuhlolwa kokubonakala).

2. Izinketho Zokwenza Okunconyiwe

Inketho 1: Uhlelo olulodwa lwe-HPCTP

  • Ukwakheka: 8%-12% HPCTP + PET izinto eziyisisekelo.
  • Izinzuzo: Ukucaca okuhle kanye nokusebenza kahle kakhulu okuvimbela ilangabi (kungafinyelela i-UL94 VTM-2 noma i-VTM-0).
  • Isilinganiso Sezindleko: Uma ulayisha ngo-10%, ukwenyuka kwezindleko nge-kg ngayinye ye-PET cishe kungama-¥10 (¥100/kg × 10%).

Inketho 2: I-HPCTP + I-Aluminium Hypophosphite Blend

  • Ukwakheka: 5% HPCTP + 5%-8% i-aluminium hypophosphite + izinto eziyisisekelo ze-PET.
  • Izinzuzo: Ukunciphisa izindleko, nge-aluminium hypophosphite esiza ekubambezelekeni komlilo wesigaba segesi, okungenzeka kunciphise ukusetshenziswa kwe-HPCTP.
  • Qaphela: Ukucaca kumele kuhlolwe (i-aluminium hypophosphite ingabangela ubumnyama obuncane).

3. Izincomo Zokucubungula Nokuhlola

  • Inqubo Yokuhlakazeka: Sebenzisa i-extruder enama-screw amabili ukuqinisekisa ukuhlakazeka okufanayo kwezithiya zomlilo futhi ugweme ukuhlangana okuphazamisa ukubonakala.
  • Ukuhlolwa Kokuvinjelwa Komlilo: Hlola ngokwezindinganiso ze-UL94 VTM noma i-Oxygen Index (OI), uhlose i-OI > 28%.
  • Ukuhlolwa Kokubonakala: Kala umswakama usebenzisa imitha yomswakama, uqinisekise umswakama < 5% (ubukhulu befilimu: 0.3-1.6 mm).

4. Ukuqhathaniswa Kwezindleko

5. Isiphetho

  • Inketho Ekhethwayo: I-HPCTP yodwa ku-8%-10%, ibhalansisa ukukhanya kanye nokuvinjelwa komlilo.
  • Inketho Ehlukile: Inhlanganisela ye-HPCTP kanye ne-aluminium hypophosphite, edinga ukuqinisekiswa kokucaca kanye nemiphumela yokusebenzisana.

Isincomo: Ikhasimende kufanele liqale lenze izivivinyo ezincane, ligxile ekubambeni ilangabi (UL94/OI) kanye nokuhlolwa komswakama, bese lenza ngcono ukwakheka kanye nenqubo. Uma kudingeka ukunciphisa izindleko okwengeziwe, hlola i-aluminium hypophosphite eguquliwe ebusweni noma i-phosphorus-based flame retardants entsha.
