Izixazululo ze-flame retardant ze-TPE ye-thermoplastic elastomer

Uma usebenzisa i-aluminium hypophosphite (AHP) ne-melamine cyanrate (MCA) kuma-thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) ukuze uzuze isilinganiso se-UL94 V0 sokubuyiswa kwelangabi, kubalulekile ukucabangela indlela evimbela ilangabi, ukuhambisana kwezinto ezibonakalayo, nezimo zokucubungula. Ngezansi ukwakheka okunconyiwe:

1. Ukulayisha Okujwayelekile Uma Kusetshenziswa Ngamunye

I-Aluminium Hypophosphite (AHP)

  • Ilayisha: 15-25%
  • Izici: Iphromotha ukwakheka kwe-char, ifanele amasistimu adinga ukusebenza okuphezulu komshini, kodwa izinga lokushisa lokucubungula kufanele lilawulwe (kunconyiwe ≤240°C).

I-Melamine Cyanrate (MCA)

  • Ilayisha: 25-35%
  • Izici: Incike ekuboleni kwe-endothermic kanye nokuhlanjululwa kwegesi; ukulayisha okuphezulu kungase kunciphise ukuguquguquka kwezinto.

2. Kunconyiwe Ifomula Yokuxuba Ye-Synergistic

I-AHP ne-MCA Blending Ratio

  • I-AHP: 10-15%
  • I-MCA: 10-20%
  • Inani elilayishiwe: 20-30%

  • Ama-Synergists: Ukwengeza u-2-5% we-nano-clay noma i-talc kungathuthukisa ukwakheka kwe-char futhi kunciphise ukulayishwa kwe-flame retardant.
  • Icubungula izinga lokushisa: Qinisekisa ukuthi izinga lokushisa lokucubungula lihlala lingaphansi kwamaphuzu okubola e-AHP (≤240°C) ne-MCA (≤300°C).

4. Izinyathelo Zokuqinisekisa Ezinconyiwe

  • Ukuhlolwa Kokuqala: Yenza izivivinyo ezincane nge-AHP 12% + MCA 15% (inani elingu-27%).
  • Ukuhlolwa kokusebenza: Hlola ukubuyiswa kwelangabi (UL94 ukuvutha okuqondile), ubulukhuni (Shore A), amandla aqinile, kanye nenkomba yokuncibilika kokugeleza.
  • Ukuthuthukisa: Uma ukuconsa kwenzeka, khulisa isilinganiso se-AHP (ukuthuthukisa ukushaja); uma izakhiwo zemishini zimpofu, cabanga ukwengeza ama-plasticizer noma ukwehlisa ukulayisha okuphelele.

5. Izinyathelo zokuphepha

  • Gwema ukuhlanganisa nezigcwalisi ezine-acidic (isb, izithako ezinemibala ethile), njengoba zingase zenze i-AHP ingasebenzi.
  • Uma i-TPE iqukethe inani elikhulu lama-plasticizers asekelwe kumafutha, ukulayishwa kwe-flame retardant kungase kudingeke kwandiswe (amafutha anganciphisa ukusebenza kahle komlilo).

Ngokuxuba okuphusile kanye nokwenza kahle kokuhlola, ukuthobela kwe-UL94 V0 kungafinyelelwa ngenkathi kulinganisa ukucutshungulwa kwe-TPE kanye nokusebenza komshini. Ukusebenzisana nabahlinzeki be-flame retardant ukuze uthole izixazululo ezenziwe ngokwezifiso kuyanconywa.
