Izixazululo ezivimbela ilangabi ze-thermoplastic elastomer TPE

Uma usebenzisa i-aluminium hypophosphite (AHP) kanye ne-melamine cyanurate (MCA) kuma-elastomers e-thermoplastic (TPE) ukuze kufinyelelwe isilinganiso se-UL94 V0 sokuvimbela umlilo, kubalulekile ukucabangela indlela yokuvimbela umlilo, ukuhambisana kwezinto, kanye nezimo zokucubungula. Ngezansi ifomula enconywayo:

1. Ukulayisha Okuvamile Uma Kusetshenziswa Ngayinye

I-Aluminium Hypophosphite (AHP)

  • Ukulayisha: 15-25%
  • Izici: Ikhuthaza ukwakheka kwe-char, ifanele izinhlelo ezidinga ukusebenza okuphezulu kwemishini, kodwa izinga lokushisa lokucubungula kufanele lilawulwe (kunconywa ≤240°C).

I-Melamine Cyanurate (MCA)

  • Ukulayisha: 25-35%
  • Izici: Ithembele ekuqhekekeni kwe-endothermic kanye nokuncibilikiswa kwegesi; umthwalo omningi unganciphisa ukuguquguquka kwezinto.

2. Ifomula Yokuxuba Ehlanganisiwe Enconyiwe

Isilinganiso Sokuxuba se-AHP ne-MCA

  • I-AHP: 10-15%
  • I-MCA: 10-20%
  • Inani lokulayisha: 20-30%

Izinzuzo: Umphumela wokubambisana unciphisa umthwalo ophelele ngenkathi unciphisa umthelela ezimpahleni zemishini (isb., amandla okudonsa, ukuguquguquka).

3. Izinto Ezibalulekile Ezithonyayo

4. Izinyathelo Zokuqinisekisa Ezinconyiwe

  • UkuthuthukisaUma kuvela ukuconsa, yandisa isilinganiso se-AHP (ukuthuthukisa ukusha); uma izakhiwo zemishini zimbi, cabanga ngokufaka ama-plasticizer noma ukunciphisa umthwalo ophelele.

5. Izinyathelo Zokuqapha

  • Gwema ukuhlanganisa nama-filler ane-asidi (isib., ama-colorant athile), ngoba angase aphazamise i-AHP.
  • Uma i-TPE iqukethe inani elikhulu lama-plasticizer asekelwe ku-oyela, umthwalo ovimbela ilangabi ungadinga ukwanda (uwoyela unganciphisa ukusebenza kahle kokuvimbela ilangabi).
