2. Usayizi Wezinhlayiyana kanye Nokuzivumelanisa Nenqubo Yokumboza

  • I-MCA:
  • I-D50 yokuqala: ~1–2 μm; idinga ukugaya (isb., ukugaya isihlabathi) ukuze kuncishiswe usayizi wezinhlayiya, kodwa kungalimaza isakhiwo sayo esinezingqimba, kuthinte ukusebenza kahle okuvimbela ilangabi.
  • Ukufana ngemva kokugaya kumele kuqinisekiswe (ukubonwa kwe-SEM).
  • I-AHP:
  • I-D50 yokuqala: Ngokuvamile ≤5 μm; ukugaya ku-D50 0.5 μm/D90 1 μm kungenzeka (ukugaya ngokweqile kungabangela ukujiya kwe-slurry viscosity).

3. Ukumelana Nokunamathela Nokuguguleka

  • I-MCA:
  • I-polarity ephansi iholela ekunamatheleni okungekuhle kwamafilimu okuhlukanisa i-PE/PP; kudinga ama-binder asekelwe ku-acrylic angu-5–10% (isib. i-PVDF-HFP).
  • I-coefficient ephezulu yokungqubuzana ingadinga ukwengeza i-0.5–1% nano-SiO₂ ukuze kuthuthukiswe ukumelana nokuguguleka.
  • I-AHP:

4. Izakhiwo Zokuzinza Kokushisa Nokubola

  • I-MCA:
  • Izinga lokushisa lokubola: 260–310°C; ayikwazi ukukhiqiza igesi ku-120–150°C, okungenzeka yehluleke ukucindezela ukugeleza kokushisa.
  • I-AHP:
  • Izinga lokushisa lokubola: 280–310°C, futhi alanele ukukhiqizwa kwegesi emazingeni okushisa aphansi.
    Inkinga Eyinhloko:Zombili ziyabola ngaphezu kwebanga eliqondiwe (120–150°C).Izixazululo:
  • Faka ama-synergists okushisa okuphansi (isb., i-phosphorus ebomvu efakwe ema-microcapsulated, ibanga lokubola: 150–200°C) noma i-modified ammonium polyphosphate (i-APP, embozwe ukuze kulungiswe ukubola kube yi-140–180°C).
  • Yakha i-Inhlanganisela ye-MCA/APP (isilinganiso esingu-6:4)ukusebenzisa ukukhiqizwa kwegesi okuphansi kwe-APP + ukuvinjelwa komlilo wesigaba segesi se-MCA.

5. Ukumelana ne-Electrochemical kanye nokugqwala

  • I-MCA:
  • I-melamine engenamakhemikhali ngogesi, kodwa esalayo (ubumsulwa obudingekayo ≥99.5%) ingase ibangele ukubola kwe-electrolyte.
  • I-AHP:
  • Ukungcola okune-asidi (isb., i-H₃PO₂) kumele kuncishiswe (ukuhlolwa kwe-ICP: ama-ion ensimbi ≤10 ppm) ukuze kugwenywe ukusheshisa i-LiPF₆ hydrolysis.
    Isiphetho:Zombili zidinga ukuhlanzeka okuphezulu (≥99%), kodwa i-MCA kulula ukuyihlanza.

Isiphakamiso Sesixazululo Esiphelele

  1. Ukukhetha Okuyinhloko Okubambezela Umlilo:
  • Okuthandwayo:I-AHP (ukuhlakazeka/ukunamathela okulinganiselayo) + i-synergist yokushisa okuphansi (isb., i-phosphorus ebomvu engu-5% encane efakwe emaphaketheni).
  • Okunye:I-MCA eguquliwe (efakwe i-carboxyl ukuze kusakazwe amanzi) + i-APP synergist.
  1. Ukuthuthukisa Inqubo:
  • Ifomula yodaka:I-AHP (90%) + i-polyurethane binder (7%) + i-wetting agent (BYK-346, 0.5%) + i-defoamer (2%).
  • Amapharamitha okugaya:Isigayo sesihlabathi esinobuhlalu be-ZrO₂ obungu-0.3 mm, 2000 rpm, amahora ama-2 (target D90 ≤1 μm).
  1. Ukuhlolwa Kokuqinisekisa:
  • Ukubola kokushisa:I-TGA (ukwehlisa isisindo <1% ku-120°C/2h; ukuphuma kwegesi ku-150°C/30min nge-GC-MS).

  • Hlanganisa ne-resin yamanzi enamathelayo ephezulu (isb., i-acrylic-epoxy composite emulsion) bese ulungisa ukuguqulwa kwendawo ukuze kube nobukhulu bezinhlayiya/ukuqina kokuhlakazeka.
    Ukuhlolwa okuqhubekayokuyadingeka ukuqinisekisa ukusebenzisana kwe-thermal-electrochemical.
