Ukwakheka Okungashisi Ilangatye Okungangeni Halogen Kwesistimu Yokumboza ye-TPU Kusetshenziswa I-DMF Solvent
Kumasistimu okumboza i-TPU asebenzisa i-Dimethyl Formamide (DMF) njengesinyibilikisi, ukusetshenziswa kwe-aluminium hypophosphite (AHP) kanye ne-zinc borate (ZB) njengezithibi zomlilo kudinga ukuhlolwa okuhlelekile. Ngezansi kunohlelo lokuhlaziya olunemininingwane kanye nohlelo lokusebenzisa:

- I-Zinc borate (ZB): 5 phr (ukuvumelanisa kokucindezela intuthu)
- Umsabalalisi (BYK-110): 1.5 phr
- Amaphuzu Ayinhloko Enqubo:
- Hlanganisa i-AHP kusengaphambili ne-dispersant kanye ne-DMF engaphelele ngaphansi kokucheba okuphezulu (≥3000 rpm, imizuzu engama-30), bese uhlanganisa ne-TPU slurry.
- Ukomisa ngemva kokumboza: 120-150°C, kwandisa isikhathi ngo-10% ukuqinisekisa ukuhwamuka okuphelele kwe-DMF.
II. Ukuhlaziywa Kokwenzeka kwe-Zinc Borate (ZB)
1. Indlela Yokubambelela Elangeni Nezinzuzo
- Indlela yokusebenza:
- Yakha ungqimba lwengilazi lwe-B₂O₃ emazingeni okushisa aphezulu, ivimba umoya-mpilo nokushisa (ukuvinjelwa komlilo kwesigaba esinciphile).
- Ikhipha amanzi aboshwe (~13%), inciphise amagesi avuthayo futhi ipholise uhlelo.
- Izinzuzo:
- Umphumela onamandla wokubambisana nge-AHP noma i-aluminium trihydroxide (ATH).

- Hlakaza i-ZB kusengaphambili ku-DMF ngokusebenzisa ukugaya ubuhlalu (usayizi wezinhlayiya ≤2μm) ngaphambi kokuxuba ne-TPU slurry.
- Nweba isikhathi sokomisa (isb., imizuzu engama-30) ukuze ugweme umswakama osele othinta ukubambezeleka komlilo.
III. Ukuhlolwa Okuhlangene Kohlelo lwe-AHP + ZB
1. Imiphumela Ehambisanayo Yokuhoxisa Ilangabi
- Ukusebenzisana kweSigaba Segesi kanye Nesigaba Esinciphile:
- I-AHP inikeza i-phosphorus yokusha, kuyilapho i-ZB izinzisa ungqimba lwe-char futhi icindezela ukukhanya kwangemuva.
- I-LOI ehlanganisiwe: 28-30%, i-UL94 V-0 (1.6mm) ingafinyeleleka.
