II. Ukuthuthukiswa Kwezilinganiso Ezihlangene

  1. Izilinganiso Ezijwayelekile Zenhlanganisela:
  • I-AHP:ZB = 2:1 ~ 4:1(isb, 15% AHP + 5% ZB, isamba esingu-20%).

III. Izinyathelo Zokuqinisekisa Zokuhlola

IV. Ukucatshangelwa Okubalulekile

  • Ukuzinza Kokusabalalisa:
  • I-AHP i-hygroscopic—yoma ngaphambili noma sebenzisa okuhlukile okulungiswe phezulu.
  • Sebenzisa izisabalalisi (isb, BYK-190, TEGO Dispers 750W) ukuze uthuthukise ukufana futhi uvimbele ukubola.
  • Ukuhambisana kwe-pH:

  • I-Melamine Polyphosphate (MPP):Ingaphinde ithuthukise ukubambezeleka komlilo uma ihlanganiswa ne-AHP (isb, 10% AHP + 5% MPP + 3% ZB).
  • I-Nano Flame Retardants:I-Nano-grade ZB (isengezo sehliselwe ku-1%~3%) noma ama-hydroxide afakwe kabili (LDH) ukuze uthole imiphumela yokuvimbela ethuthukisiwe.

VI. Izincomo Ezifingqiwe

  • Ukuqala ukwakha:I-AHP 10%~15% + ZB 3%~5% (inani elingu-13%~20%), bese ulungiselela.
  • Indlela yokuqinisekisa:Hlola amasampuli amancane we-LOI ne-UL-94 ngenkathi uhlola izakhiwo zokukhanda.
