Ukwakheka kwereferensi yokubuyisa ilangabi engenalo i-halogen yezinamathiselo ze-elekthronikhi ze-acrylic ezisekelwe emanzini

Ezinhlelweni ze-acrylic ezisekelwe emanzini, inani lokwengeza le-aluminium hypophosphite (AHP) kanye ne-zinc borate (ZB) kufanele linqunywe ngokusekelwe ezidingweni ezithile zokusetshenziswa (njengesilinganiso sokulinda ilangabi, ukujiya kokumboza, izidingo zokusebenza ngokomzimba, njll.) kanye nemiphumela yazo yokusebenzisana. Ngezansi kunezincomo ezijwayelekile kanye nobubanzi bokubhekisela:

II. Ukuthuthukiswa kwezilinganiso ezihlanganisiwe

  1. Izilinganiso Ezijwayelekile Zenhlanganisela:
  • AHP:ZB = 2:1 ~ 4:1(isb., 15% AHP + 5% ZB, ingqikithi engu-20%).
  • Lungisa izilinganiso ngokuhlola, isibonelo:
  • Isidingo sokunciphisa ilangabi eliphezulu:I-AHP 15%~20%, i-ZB 5%~8%.

  1. Imiphumela Yokubambisana:
  • I-Zinc borate ithuthukisa ukuvinjelwa komlilo ngokuthi:
  • Ukuqinisa ukwakheka kwe-char (ukuxhumana ne-aluminium phosphate ekhiqizwa yi-AHP).
  • Ukukhulula amanzi aboshwe ukuze kumunce ukushisa futhi kuncishiswe amagesi avuthayo.

III. Izinyathelo Zokuqinisekisa Zokuhlola

  1. Ukuhlolwa Okuhamba Ngezinyathelo:
  • Ukuhlolwa komuntu ngamunye:Okokuqala hlola i-AHP (5%~20%) noma i-ZB (5%~15%) ngokwehlukana ukuze uthole ukuthi i-flame retardancy (UL-94, LOI) isebenza kahle kangakanani kanye nokusebenza kwe-coating (ukunamathela, ubulukhuni, ukumelana namanzi).

IV. Izinto Ezibalulekile Okufanele Uzicabangele

  • Ukuzinza Kokuhlakazeka:
  • I-AHP i-hygroscopic—yomiswa ngaphambi kokusetshenziswa noma isetshenziswe izinhlobo eziguqulwe ubuso.
  • Sebenzisa ama-dispersant (isb., i-BYK-190, i-TEGO Dispers 750W) ukuze uthuthukise ukufana nokuvimbela ukubola kwenhlabathi.
  • Ukuhambisana kwe-pH:
  • Izinhlelo ze-acrylic ezisekelwe emanzini ngokuvamile zine-pH engu-8–9; qinisekisa ukuthi i-AHP ne-ZB zihlala zizinzile (gwema i-hydrolysis noma ukubola).
  • Ukuthobela Imithetho:
  • I-AHP kumele ihlangabezane nezimfuneko ze-RoHS ezingenayo i-halogen; i-ZB kufanele isebenzise amazinga aphansi okungcola kwensimbi esindayo.

V. Izixazululo Ezihlukile Noma Ezengeziwe

  • I-Melamine Polyphosphate (MPP):Kungathuthukisa kakhulu ukubambezeleka komlilo uma kuhlanganiswa ne-AHP (isb., 10% AHP + 5% MPP + 3% ZB).
  • Izinto Ezivimbela Ilangabi Le-Nano:I-Nano-grade ZB (ukwengezwa kwehliswe ku-1%~3%) noma ama-hydroxide amabili ahlanganisiwe (i-LDH) ukuze kuthuthukiswe imiphumela yokuvimbela.

VI. Izincomo Ezifingqiwe

  • Ukuqala kokwakheka:I-AHP 10%~15% + ZB 3%~5% (isiyonke 13%~20%), bese wenza ngcono.
  • Indlela yokuqinisekisa:Hlola amasampula amancane e-LOI kanye ne-UL-94 ngenkathi uhlola izakhiwo zemishini.
