I. Ukuhlaziywa Kokusebenza Okukhona Kwe-Flame Retardant
I-Aluminium Hydroxide (ATH)
Izinzuzo:
- Ivumelana nemvelo, izindleko eziphansi.
- Isebenza ngokubola kwe-endothermic kanye nokukhululwa komhwamuko wamanzi, ofanele amasistimu angenayo i-halogen.
Ububi:
- Idinga ukulayisha okuphezulu (30-50 phr) ukuze kusebenze kahle, okungase kuthinte ukunwebeka kwesipontshi nokuminyana.
Ukusebenza:
- Ifanele ukwakheka okuyisisekelo kwe-flame retardant.
- Kunconywa ukuthi kuhlanganiswe nama-synergists (isb, i-zinc borate).
I-Zinc Borate
Izinzuzo:
- I-Synergistic flame retardant, ithuthukisa ukusebenza kwe-ATH.
- Ithuthukisa ukwakheka kwe-char futhi icindezela intuthu.
Ububi:
- Ukusebenza okulinganiselwe uma kusetshenziswe yedwa; idinga ukuhlanganiswa nezinye izinto ezibuyisela amalangabi.
Ukusebenza:
- Kunconywe njenge-synergist ye-ATH noma i-aluminium hypophosphite.
I-Aluminium Hypophosphite
Izinzuzo:
- Ukusebenza kahle kakhulu, okungenayo i-halogen, ukulayisha okuphansi (10-20 phr).
- Ukuzinza okuhle kokushisa, kulungele izidingo eziphezulu zokulibaziseka komlilo.
Ububi:
- Izindleko eziphakeme.
- Ukuhambisana namasistimu e-latex kudinga ukuqinisekiswa.
Ukusebenza:
- Ifanele amazinga aphezulu okubambezeleka komlilo (isb, UL94 V-0).
- Ingasetshenziswa yodwa noma ihlanganiswe.
I-MCA (i-Melamine Cyanurate)
Izinzuzo:
- I-nitrogen-based flame retardant, icindezela intuthu.
Ububi:
- Ukuhlakazeka okubi.
- Ingase iphazamise ukukhihliza amagwebu.
- Izinga lokushisa eliphezulu lokubola (~300°C), alifani nokucutshungulwa kwe-latex yezinga eliphansi lokushisa.
Ukusebenza:
- Akunconyiwe njengokubalulekile; idinga ukuqinisekiswa kokuhlolwa.
II. Amafomu Anconyiwe Neziphakamiso Zenqubo
Ukwakhiwa 1: ATH + Zinc Borate (Inketho Yezomnotho)
Ukwakhiwa:
- I-Aluminium Hydroxide (ATH): 30-40 phr
- I-Zinc Borate: 5-10 phr
- I-Dispersant (isb, i-ejenti yokuhlanganisa i-silane): 1-2 phr (ithuthukisa ukuhlakazeka)
Izici:
- Izindleko eziphansi, azihambisani nemvelo.
- Ifanele izidingo ezijwayelekile zokulibaziseka komlilo (isb, UL94 HF-1).
- Ingase inciphise kancane ukuqina kwesipontshi; Kudingeka ukwenziwa ngcono kwe-Vulcanization.
Ukwakhiwa 2: I-Aluminium Hypophosphite + Zinc Borate (Inketho Esebenza Kakhulu)
Ukwakhiwa:
- I-Aluminium Hypophosphite: 15-20 phr
- I-Zinc Borate: 5-8 phr
- I-Plasticizer (isb., upharafini owuketshezi): 2-3 phr (ithuthukisa ukusebenza)
Izici:
- Ukusebenza kahle kwe-flame retadancy, ukulayisha okuphansi.
- Ifanele izimo ezidingeka kakhulu (isb, ukushiswa okuqondile kwe-V-0).
- Ukuhambisana kwe-aluminium hypophosphite nokuhlolwa kwezidingo ze-latex.
Ukwakhiwa 3: I-ATH + Aluminium Hypophosphite (Inketho Elinganiselwe)
Ukwakhiwa:
- I-Aluminium Hydroxide: 20-30 phr
- I-Aluminium Hypophosphite: 10-15 phr
- I-Zinc Borate: 3-5 phr
Izici:
- Ibhalansi izindleko nokusebenza.
- Yehlisa ukuthembela kusinqamuleli somlilo esisodwa, inciphise umthelela ezimpahleni ezibonakalayo.
III. Ukucatshangelwa Kwenqubo
Ukuhlakazeka:
- Ama-flame retardants kufanele abe phansi ku-≤5μm ukuze agweme ukuthinta isakhiwo segwebu.
- Kunconywa ukuhlakazwa kwangaphambili kumishini ye-latex noma yesivinini esikhulu.
Izimo Zokwelapha:
- Lawula izinga lokushisa lokuphulukisa (imvamisa engu-110-130°C ye-latex) ukuze uvimbele ukubola ngaphambi kwesikhathi kwezinqamuleli zomlilo.
Ukuhlolwa kokusebenza:
- Ukuhlola okubalulekile: Inkomba Ye-oksijeni (LOI), Ukushiswa Okuqondile (UL94), Ukuminyana, Ukuqina.
- Uma ukubambezeleka komlilo kunganele, kancane kancane khulisa izilinganiso ze-aluminium hypophosphite noma i-ATH.
IV. Izincomo ezengeziwe
Ukuhlolwa kwe-MCA:
- Uma uzama, sebenzisa i-5-10 phr ngamaqoqo amancane ukuze ubone umthelela ekufaneni okukhihliza amagwebu.
Izitifiketi Zemvelo:
- Qinisekisa ukuthi izinciphisi zomlilo ezikhethiwe zithobela i-RoHS/REACH ekuthunyelweni kwamanye amazwe.
Ama-Synergistic Blends:
- Cabangela ukungeza amanani amancane we-nanoclay (2-3 phr) ukuze uthuthukise imiphumela yokuvimbela i-char.
