I. Ukuhlaziywa Kokusebenza Okukhona Okungavumeli Umlilo
I-Aluminium Hydroxide (ATH)
Izinzuzo:
- Inobungani nemvelo, izindleko eziphansi.
- Isebenza ngokubola kwe-endothermic kanye nokukhishwa komphunga wamanzi, okulungele izinhlelo ezingenayo i-halogen.
Okubi:

I-Zinc Borate

Okubi:
- Ukusebenza kahle okulinganiselwe uma kusetshenziswa kodwa; kudinga ukuhlanganiswa nezinye izinto ezivimbela ilangabi.
Ukusebenza:
- Kunconywa njengendlela yokusebenzisana kwe-ATH noma i-aluminium hypophosphite.
I-Aluminium Hypophosphite
Izinzuzo:
- Isebenza kahle kakhulu, ayinayo i-halogen, ilayisha kancane (10-20 phr).
- Ukuqina okuhle kokushisa, okulungele izidingo zokuphelelwa amandla komlilo okuphezulu.
Okubi:
- Izindleko eziphakeme.
- Ukuhambisana nezinhlelo ze-latex kudinga ukuqinisekiswa.
Ukusebenza:
- Ifanele amazinga okushisa aphezulu (isb., UL94 V-0).
- Ingasetshenziswa yodwa noma ihlanganiswe ndawonye.
I-MCA (i-Melamine Cyanurate)
Izinzuzo:
- Isivimbeli somlilo esisekelwe ku-nitrogen, sivimbela intuthu.
Okubi:
- Ukuhlakazeka okubi.
- Kungaphazamisa ukugqwala.
- Izinga lokushisa eliphezulu lokubola (~300°C), alifani nokucubungula i-latex kwezinga lokushisa eliphansi.
Ukusebenza:
- Akunconywa njengento eza kuqala; kudinga ukuqinisekiswa kokuhlolwa.
II. Iziphakamiso Ezinconyiwe Nezincomo Zenqubo
Ifomula 1: I-ATH + I-Zinc Borate (Inketho Yezomnotho)
Ukwakheka:
- I-Aluminium Hydroxide (ATH): 30-40 phr
- I-Zinc Borate: 5-10 phr
- Isisabalalisi (isb., i-ejenti yokuhlanganisa i-silane): 1-2 phr (ithuthukisa ukusabalala)
Izici:
- Izindleko eziphansi, inobungani nemvelo.
- Ifanele izidingo ezijwayelekile zokuvimbela ilangabi (isb., UL94 HF-1).
- Kunganciphisa kancane ukuqina kwesiponji; Kudingeka ukulungiswa kwe-Vulcanization.
Ifomula 2: I-Aluminium Hypophosphite + I-Zinc Borate (Inketho Yokusebenza Kahle Kakhulu)
Ukwakheka:
- I-Aluminium Hypophosphite: 15-20 phr
- I-Zinc Borate: 5-8 phr
- I-Plasticizer (isb., i-parafini ewuketshezi): 2-3 phr (ithuthukisa ukucutshungulwa)
Izici:
- Ukusebenza kahle kokulinda ilangabi okuphezulu, ukulayisha okuphansi.
- Ifanele izimo ezifunwa kakhulu (isb., ukushiswa okuqondile V-0).
- Ukufaneleka kwe-aluminium hypophosphite ne-latex kudinga ukuhlolwa.
Ifomu 3: I-ATH + I-Aluminium Hypophosphite (Inketho Elinganiselayo)
Ukwakheka:
- I-Aluminium Hydroxide: 20-30 phr
- I-Aluminium Hypophosphite: 10-15 phr
- I-Zinc Borate: 3-5 phr
Izici:
- Ibhalansi yezindleko kanye nokusebenza.
- Kunciphisa ukuthembela ku-single flame retardant, kunciphisa umthelela ezimpahleni zomzimba.
III. Izinto Okucatshangwa Ngazo Ngenqubo
Ukuhlakazeka:
- Izinto ezivimbela ilangabi kufanele zigaywe zibe yi-≤5μm ukuze kugwenywe ukuthinta isakhiwo se-foam.
- Kunconywa ukusatshalaliswa kwe-latex noma imishini yokuxuba esheshayo ngaphambi kwesikhathi.
Izimo Zokwelapha:
- Lawula izinga lokushisa lokupholisa (ngokuvamile 110-130°C ye-latex) ukuvimbela ukubola kwangaphambi kwesikhathi kwezinto ezivimbela ilangabi.
Ukuhlolwa Kokusebenza:
- Ukuhlolwa okubalulekile: Inkomba ye-Oxygen (LOI), Ukusha Okuqondile (UL94), Ubuningi, Ukuqina.
- Uma ukuvinjelwa komlilo kunganele, khulisa kancane kancane izilinganiso ze-aluminium hypophosphite noma ze-ATH.
IV. Izincomo Ezengeziwe
Ukuhlolwa kwe-MCA:
- Uma uhlola, sebenzisa ama-phr angu-5-10 ngamaqoqo amancane ukuze ubone umthelela ekufaneni kwegwebu.
Izitifiketi Zemvelo:
- Qinisekisa ukuthi izinto ezivimbela ilangabi ezikhethiwe ziyahambisana ne-RoHS/REACH yokuthumela kwamanye amazwe.
Izinhlanganisela Ezihambisanayo:
- Cabanga ngokungeza inani elincane le-nanoclay (2-3 phr) ukuze uthuthukise imiphumela yesithiyo se-char.
