I-Polypropylene (PP) UL94 V0 kanye ne-V2 Flame Retardant Formulants

I-Polypropylene (PP) iyi-polymer ye-thermoplastic esetshenziswa kakhulu, kodwa ukuvutha kwayo kukhawulela ukusetshenziswa kwayo emikhakheni ethile. Ukuze kuhlangatshezwane nezidingo ezihlukene zokubambezeleka komlilo (ezifana namabanga e-UL94 V0 kanye ne-V2), izinto ezibuyisela amalangabi zingafakwa ukuze kuthuthukiswe ukumelana nelangabi kwe-PP. Ngezansi kunesingeniso esiningiliziwe sokwakheka kwe-PP evimbela amalangabi yamabanga e-UL94 V0 kanye ne-V2, okuhlanganisa ukukhethwa kwe-flame retardant, ukwakheka kokubunjwa, amasu okucubungula, nokuhlolwa kokusebenza.

1. Isingeniso Sezilinganiso Zokubuyiswa Komlilo ze-UL94

I-UL94 iyindinganiso yokuvutha ethuthukiswe ngabakwa-Underwriters Laboratories (UL) ukuze bahlole ukumelana nelangabi lezinto zepulasitiki. Izilinganiso ezijwayelekile zokulibaziseka komlilo zifaka:

  • V0: Ibanga eliphakeme kakhulu lokulibaziseka komlilo, elidinga amasampuli ukuthi azicime ngokwawo phakathi kwamasekhondi angu-10 ekuhlolweni kokusha okuqondile ngaphandle kokubasa ukotini ngokuconsa.
  • V2: Ibanga eliphansi lokulibaziseka ilangabi, elivumela amasampuli ukuthi azicime ngokwawo phakathi kwamasekhondi angu-30 ekuhlolweni kokusha okuqondile kuyilapho evumela ukuconsa okungase kuthungele ukotini.

2. Ukwakhiwa kwe-PP Engavimbeli I-V0

I-PP evimbela amalangabi ye-V0 idinga ukumelana nelangabi okuhle kakhulu, ngokuvamile okufinyelelwa ngokuhlanganisa izinqamuleli zomlilo ezisebenza kahle kakhulu nokuthuthukisa ukubunjwa.

2.1 Ukukhetha I-Flame Retardant

  • Ama-Brominated Flame Retardants: Okufana ne-decabromodiphenyl ether (DBDPO) kanye ne-tetrabromobisphenol A (TBBPA), enikeza ukusebenza kahle okuphakeme kodwa okungenzeka kungabi nobungane obuncane bemvelo.
  • I-Phosphorus-based Flame Retardants: Okufana ne-ammonium polyphosphate (APP) ne-phosphorus ebomvu, evumelana nemvelo futhi esebenza kahle.
  • Ama-Intumescent Flame Retardants (IFR): Ihlanganisa umthombo we-asidi, umthombo wekhabhoni, nomthombo wegesi, ihlinzeka nge-eco-friendly kanye ne-flame retadancy esebenzayo.
  • I-Magnesium Hydroxide (Mg(OH)₂) noma i-Aluminium Hydroxide (Al(OH)₃): I-Eco-friendly flame retardants, kodwa amazinga aphezulu okulayisha ayadingeka.

2.2 Ukwakhiwa Okujwayelekile

  • I-PP Resin: 100phr (ngesisindo, esifanayo ngezansi).
  • I-Intumescent Flame Retardant (IFR): 20–30ph.
  • I-Magnesium Hydrooxide: 10–20ph.
  • I-Anti-Dripping Agent: 0.5–1 phr (isb, i-polytetrafluoroethylene, PTFE).
  • Okokugcoba: 0.5–1 phr (isb, i-zinc stearate).
  • I-Antioxidant: 0.2–0.5 phr.

2.3 Amasu Okucubungula

  • Ukuxuba: Hlanganisa ngokulinganayo i-PP resin, izinqamuleli zomlilo, nezinye izithasiselo kumxube wejubane eliphezulu.
  • I-Extrusion & Pelletizing: Sebenzisa i-twin-screw extruder ku-180-220°C ukuze ukhiqize ama-pellets.
  • Ukubunjwa komjovo: Bumba ama-pellets abe yizibonelo zokuhlola usebenzisa umshini wokubumba umjovo.

2.4 Ukuhlolwa kokusebenza

  • I-UL94 Vertical Burn Test: Amasampuli kufanele ahlangabezane nezidingo ze-V0 (ukuzicisha ngaphakathi kwamasekhondi angu-10, akukho okotini ovuthayo ovela kuma-drip).
  • Ukuhlolwa Kwezakhiwo Zemishini: Linganisa amandla okuqina, amandla omthelela, njll., ukuze uqinisekise ukuthi ukusebenza kokubalulekile kuhlangabezana nezidingo zohlelo lokusebenza.

3. Idizayini Yokwenza I-V2 Flame-Retardant PP

I-PP e-retardant ye-V2 inezidingo eziphansi zokumelana nelangabi futhi ingafinyelelwa ngokulayisha okunqande amalangabi okumaphakathi.

3.1 Ukukhetha I-Flame Retardant

  • Ama-Brominated Flame Retardants: Okufana ne-DBDPO noma i-TBBPA, edinga amanani amancane kuphela ukuze kuzuzwe i-V2.
  • I-Phosphorus-based Flame Retardants: Njenge-phosphorus ebomvu noma ama-phosphates, anikeza izixazululo ezivumelana nemvelo.
  • I-Magnesium Hydroxide (Mg(OH)₂) noma i-Aluminium Hydroxide (Al(OH)₃): I-Eco-friendly kodwa idinga ukulayishwa okuphezulu.

3.2 Ukwakhiwa Okujwayelekile

  • I-PP Resin: 100ph.
  • I-Brominated Flame Retardant: 5-10ph.
  • I-Antimony Trioxide (Sb₂O₃): 2–3phr (njenge-synergist).
  • I-Anti-Dripping Agent: 0.5–1 phr (isb, PTFE).
  • Okokugcoba: 0.5–1 phr (isb, i-zinc stearate).
  • I-Antioxidant: 0.2–0.5 phr.

3.3 Amasu Okucubungula

  • Okufanayo nokucubungula kwe-V0-grade (ukuxuba, ukukhishwa, ukubumba umjovo).

3.4 Ukuhlolwa kokusebenza

  • I-UL94 Vertical Burn Test: Amasampuli kufanele ahlangabezane nezimfuneko ze-V2 (ukuzicisha ngaphakathi kwamasekhondi angu-30, ukuconsa kuvunyelwe).
  • Ukuhlolwa Kwezakhiwo Zemishini: Qinisekisa ukuthi ukusebenza kwempahla kuhlangabezana nezidingo zohlelo lokusebenza.

4. Ukuqhathaniswa Phakathi Kwama-V0 kanye ne-V2 Formulations

4.1 Ukulayishwa kwe-Flame Retardant

  • I-V0 idinga ukulayishwa okuphezulu (isb, 20–30phr IFR noma 10–20phr Mg(OH)₂).
  • I-V2 idinga ukulayishwa okuphansi (isb, ama-5–10phr brominated flame retardants).

4.2 Ukusebenza Ngekhono Lokubambezeleka Kwelangabi

  • I-V0 inikeza ukumelana nomlilo okuphakeme ngezidingo eziqinile.

4.3 Izakhiwo zikaMechanical

  • Ukwakhiwa kwe-V0 kungase kuthinte ngokuphawulekayo izici zokusebenza (isb, amandla omthelela, amandla aqinile) ngenxa yokuqukethwe okuphezulu kwezithasiselo.
  • Ukwakhiwa kwe-V2 kunomthelela omncane ekusebenzeni komshini.

4.4 Umthelela Emvelweni

  • Ukwakhiwa kwe-V0 kuvame ukusebenzisa izinqamuleli zamalangabi eco-friendly (isb, IFR, Mg(OH)₂).
  • Amafomu e-V2 angase asebenzise ama-brominated flame retardants, angavumelani nemvelo kancane.

5. Izincomo Zokuthuthukisa Ukwakheka

5.1 I-Flame Retardant Synergism

  • Ukuhlanganisa izinqamuleli zomlilo ezihlukene (isb., IFR + Mg(OH)₂, brominated + Sb₂O₃) kungathuthukisa ukubambezeleka komlilo futhi kunciphise ukulayisha.

5.2 Ukuguqulwa Kobuso

  • Ukushintsha ama-inorganic flame retardants (isb, Mg(OH)₂, Al(OH)₃) kuthuthukisa ukuhambisana ne-PP, kuthuthukisa izakhiwo zokukhanda.

5.3 Ukuthuthukisa Ukucubungula

  • Ukulawula imingcele ye-extrusion/umjovo (izinga lokushisa, ingcindezi, isivinini sesikulufu) kuqinisekisa ukuhlakazeka okufanayo futhi kuvimbela ukuwohloka.

6. Isiphetho

Idizayini ye-V0 kanye ne-V2 ekwazi ukumelana ne-flame-retardant PP incike ezidingweni ezithile zokumelana nelangabi kanye nezimo zohlelo lokusebenza.

  • V0 amafomungokuvamile zisebenzisa izinqamuleli zamalangabi ezisebenza kahle kakhulu (isb, IFR, Mg(OH)₂) kanye ne-synergism elungiselelwe ukuze kuhlangatshezwane namazinga aqinile.
  • Ukwakhiwa kwe-V2ingafinyelela ukulibaziseka komlilo okuphansi ngezithasiselo ezincane (isb., ama-brominated flame retardants).

Ezisetshenziswa ezingokoqobo, izici ezifana nokumelana nelangabi, ukusebenza komshini, umthelela wendawo, kanye nezindleko kufanele zilinganiswe ukuze kuthuthukiswe ukwakheka nezindlela zokucubungula.
