Izakhiwo ze-Polypropylene (PP) UL94 V0 kanye ne-V2 Flame Retardant
I-Polypropylene (PP) iyi-polymer ye-thermoplastic esetshenziswa kabanzi, kodwa ukusha kwayo kunciphisa ukusetshenziswa kwayo emikhakheni ethile. 1. Isingeniso ku-UL94 Flame Retardancy Ratings
I-UL94 iyindinganiso yokusha ethuthukiswe yi-Underwriters Laboratories (UL) ukuhlola ukumelana komlilo kwezinto zepulasitiki. Izilinganiso ezivamile zokuvimbela umlilo zifaka:
- V0: Izinga eliphezulu kakhulu lokuvimbela ilangabi, elidinga amasampula ukuthi azicime ngaphakathi kwemizuzwana eyi-10 ekuhlolweni kokusha okuqondile ngaphandle kokushisa ukotini ngokuconsa.
- V2: Izinga eliphansi lokuvinjelwa komlilo, okuvumela amasampula ukuthi azicime ngaphakathi kwemizuzwana engama-30 ekuhlolweni kokusha okuqondile ngenkathi evumela ukuconsa okungase kushise ukotini.
2. Ukwakheka kwe-PP okubambezela ilangabi kwe-V0
I-PP evimbela ilangabi ye-V0 idinga ukumelana okuhle kakhulu kwelangabi, okuvame ukufezwa ngokufaka izinto ezivimbela ilangabi ezisebenza kahle kakhulu kanye nokwenza ngcono ukwakheka.
2.1 Ukukhetha Okungalawuli Ilanga
- Izithiyo Zomlilo Ezine-Brominated: Njenge-decabromodiphenyl ether (DBDPO) kanye ne-tetrabromobisphenol A (TBBPA), ezinikeza ukusebenza kahle okuphezulu kodwa zingase zingabi nobungane obungatheni imvelo.
- Izinto Ezivimbela Umlilo Ezisekelwe Ku-Phosphorus: Njenge-ammonium polyphosphate (APP) kanye ne-phosphorus ebomvu, okuyizinto ezinobungani nemvelo futhi ezisebenza kahle.
- Izinto Ezivimbela Umlilo Ezingaphakathi Kwesisu (IFR): Kuhlanganisa umthombo we-asidi, umthombo wekhabhoni, kanye nomthombo wegesi, ohlinzeka ngokuvikela ilangabi ngendlela enobungani nemvelo futhi esebenza kahle.
- I-Magnesium Hydroxide (Mg(OH)₂) noma i-Aluminium Hydroxide (Al(OH)₃): Izinto ezivimbela ilangabi ezingavikeleki emvelweni, kodwa amazinga aphezulu okulayisha ayadingeka.
2.2 Ukwakheka Okuvamile
- I-PP Resin: 100phr (ngesisindo, okufanayo ngezansi).
- I-Intumescent Flame Retardant (IFR): 20–30 ntambama.
- I-Magnesium Hydroxide: 10–20pm
- I-Anti-Dripping Ejenti: 0.5–1 phr (isb., i-polytetrafluoroethylene, i-PTFE).
- Isithambisi: 0.5–1 phr (isb., i-zinc stearate).
- I-Antioxidant: 0.2–0.5 iphr.
2.3 Amasu Okucubungula
- Ukuxuba: Hlanganisa i-PP resin, izinto ezivimbela ilangabi, nezinye izithako ngendlela efanayo ku-mixer yesivinini esikhulu.
- Ukukhipha Nokuphonsa I-PelletSebenzisa i-extruder enama-screw amabili ku-180–220°C ukuze ukhiqize ama-pellet.
- Ukubumba Ngomjovo: Bumba ama-pellet abe amasampula okuhlola usebenzisa umshini wokubumba ngomjovo.
2.4 Ukuhlolwa Kokusebenza
- Ukuhlolwa Kokushiswa Okuqondile kwe-UL94Amasampula kumele ahlangabezane nezimfuneko ze-V0 (azicima ngokwazo zingakapheli imizuzwana eyi-10, akukho ukusha kwekotini okuvela kuma-drip).
- Ukuhlolwa Kwezakhiwo Zemishini: Hlola amandla okudonsa, amandla okushaya, njll., ukuqinisekisa ukuthi ukusebenza kwezinto kuhlangabezana nezidingo zohlelo lokusebenza.
3. Umklamo Wokwakhiwa Kwe-PP Okuvimbela Ilangabi we-V2
I-PP evimbela ilangabi le-V2 inezidingo eziphansi zokumelana nomlilo futhi ingatholakala ngokulayisha okulinganiselwe okuvimbela ilangabi.
3.1 Ukukhetha Okungalawuli Ilanga
- Izithiyo Zomlilo Ezine-Brominated: Njenge-DBDPO noma i-TBBPA, edinga amanani amancane kuphela ukuze kufezwe i-V2.
- Izinto Ezivimbela Umlilo Ezisekelwe Ku-Phosphorus: Njenge-phosphorus ebomvu noma i-phosphates, enikeza izixazululo ezinobungani nemvelo.
- I-Magnesium Hydroxide (Mg(OH)₂) noma i-Aluminium Hydroxide (Al(OH)₃): Ivikela imvelo kodwa idinga ukulayisha okuphezulu.
3.2 Ukwakheka Okuvamile
- I-PP Resin: 100phr.
- I-Brominated Flame Retardant: 5–10pm.
- I-Antimony Trioxide (Sb₂O₃): 2–3phr (njengomuntu osebenzisanayo).
- I-Anti-Dripping Ejenti: 0.5–1 phr (isb., i-PTFE).
- Isithambisi: 0.5–1 phr (isb., i-zinc stearate).
- I-Antioxidant: 0.2–0.5 iphr.
3.3 Amasu Okucubungula
- Kufana nokucubungula kwebanga le-V0 (ukuxuba, ukukhipha, ukubumba ngomjovo).
3.4 Ukuhlolwa Kokusebenza
- Ukuhlolwa Kokushiswa Okuqondile kwe-UL94Amasampula kumele ahlangabezane nezimfuneko ze-V2 (ukuzicisha ngokwako kungakapheli imizuzwana engama-30, ukuconsa kuvunyelwe).
- Ukuhlolwa Kwezakhiwo Zemishini: Qinisekisa ukuthi ukusebenza kwezinto ezibonakalayo kuyahlangabezana nezidingo zohlelo lokusebenza.
4. Ukuqhathanisa Phakathi Kwamafomula e-V0 kanye ne-V2
4.1 Ukulayisha Okungalawuli Ilanga
- I-V0 idinga imithwalo ephezulu (isb., i-IFR engu-20–30phr noma i-10–20phr Mg(OH)₂).
- I-V2 idinga imithwalo ephansi (isb., ama-retardants amalangabi anombala oluhlaza okwesibhakabhaka angu-5–10phr).
4.2 Ukusebenza Kahle Kokuvinjelwa Komlilo
- I-V0 inikeza ukumelana okuhle kakhulu kwelangabi ngenxa yezidingo eziqinile.
4.3 Izakhiwo Zemishini
- Izakhi ze-V0 zingathinta kakhulu izakhiwo zemishini (isb., amandla okushaya, amandla okudonsa) ngenxa yokuqukethwe okuphezulu kwezengezo.
- Izakhiwo ze-V2 azinawo umthelela omkhulu ekusebenzeni kwemishini.
4.4 Umthelela Wezemvelo
- Izinhlobo ze-V0 zivame ukusebenzisa izinto ezivimbela ilangabi ezinobungani nemvelo (isb., IFR, Mg(OH)₂).
- Izinhlobo ze-V2 zingasebenzisa ama-brominated flame retardants, angangcolisi kakhulu imvelo.
5. Izincomo Zokuthuthukisa Ukwakheka
5.1 Ukusebenzisana Okungalawuli Amalangabi
- Ukuhlanganisa izinto ezivimbela ilangabi ezahlukene (isb., IFR + Mg(OH)₂, brominated + Sb₂O₃) kungathuthukisa ukuvimbela ilangabi futhi kunciphise umthwalo.
5.2 Ukuguqulwa Komphezulu
- Ukushintsha izinto ezivimbela ilangabi ezingaphili (isb., Mg(OH)₂, Al(OH)₃) kuthuthukisa ukuhambisana ne-PP, kuthuthukisa izakhiwo zemishini.
5.3 Ukuthuthukiswa Kokucubungula
- Ukulawula amapharamitha okukhipha/okufaka (izinga lokushisa, ingcindezi, isivinini sesikulufu) kuqinisekisa ukuhlakazeka okufanayo futhi kuvimbela ukuwohloka.
6. Isiphetho
Ukwakheka kwe-V0 kanye ne-V2 PP evimbela ilangabi kuncike ezidingweni ezithile zokumelana nomlilo kanye nezimo zokusetshenziswa.
- Amafomula e-V0ngokuvamile zisebenzisa izithibi zomlilo ezisebenza kahle kakhulu (isb., IFR, Mg(OH)₂) kanye nokusebenzisana okulungiselelwe ukuhlangabezana nezindinganiso eziqinile.
- Amafomula e-V2ingafinyelela ekunciphiseni ukulibaziseka komlilo ngezithasiselo ezincane (isb., izithibi zomlilo ezine-brominated).
Ezisetshenzisweni ezisebenzayo, izici ezinjengokumelana nomlilo, ukusebenza kahle kwemishini, umthelela wemvelo, kanye nezindleko kumele zilinganiswe ukuze kuthuthukiswe ukwakheka kanye namasu okucubungula.
