Ifomula Yokunamathela Ye-Polyurethane AB Ye-Adhesive Flame Retardant
Ngokusekelwe esidingweni sezinhlobo ze-halogen-free flame retardant formulations ze-polyurethane AB adhesives, kuhlanganiswe nezici kanye nemiphumela yokusebenzisana kwezinhlobo ze-flame retardant ezifana ne-aluminium hypophosphite (AHP), i-aluminium hydroxide (ATH), i-zinc borate, kanye ne-melamine cyanurate (MCA), kuklanywe lezi zinhlelo ezintathu ezilandelayo zokuhlanganisa. 1. Ukwakheka Kokuvinjelwa Komlilo Okuphezulu (Kokufaka imbiza kagesi, ukufakwa kwebhethri, i-UL94 V-0 eqondiwe)
Inhlanganisela Evimbela Umlilo Eyinhloko:
- I-aluminium hypophosphite (AHP): 8-12 phr (uhlobo olumbozwe nge-polyurethane olutholakala emanzini lunconywa ukubhekana nezinkinga zemvula)
- I-aluminium hydroxide (ATH): 20-25 phr (ibanga le-submicron, 0.2-1.0 μm, ukuthuthukisa inkomba ye-oxygen kanye nokuqina kwe-char)
- I-MCA: 5-8 phr (indlela yesigaba segesi, ehambisana ne-AHP esigabeni esifingqiwe)
- I-Zinc borate: 3-5 phr (ikhuthaza ukwakheka kwe-ceramic char futhi ivimbele ukusha)
Ukusebenza Okulindelekile:
- Inkomba ye-oxygen (LOI): ≥32% (i-PU emsulwa ≈22%);
- Isilinganiso se-UL94: V-0 (ukujiya okungu-1.6 mm);
- Ukushisa: 0.45-0.55 W/m·K (okunikelwe yi-ATH kanye ne-zinc borate);
- Ukulawulwa kokunamathela: 25,000-30,000 cP (ukwelashwa komhlaba kuyadingeka ukuvimbela ukubola kwenhlabathi).
Inqubo Eyinhloko:
- I-AHP kumele ihlakazwe kusengaphambili engxenyeni ye-polyol (Ingxenye A) ukuze kugwenywe ukusabela kwangaphambi kwesikhathi nge-isocyanate (Ingxenye B);
- I-ATH kufanele ishintshwe nge-ejenti yokuxhumanisa ye-silane (isb., KH-550) ukuze kuthuthukiswe ukubopha kwe-interfacial.
2. Ukwakheka Okujwayelekile Okungabizi Kakhulu (Kokuvala ukwakhiwa, ukubopha ifenisha, i-UL94 V-1 eqondiwe)
Inhlanganisela Evimbela Umlilo Eyinhloko:
- I-aluminium hydroxide (ATH): 30-40 phr (izinga elijwayelekile le-micron, engabizi kakhulu, evimbela ilangabi ngohlobo lokugcwalisa);
- I-Ammonium polyphosphate (APP): 10-15 phr (ihlanganiswe ne-MCA yesistimu yokungena, ithatha indawo yama-halogenated agents);
- I-MCA: 5-7 phr (isilinganiso se-APP 1:2~1:3, sikhuthaza ukugqwala kanye nokuhlukaniswa komoya-mpilo);
- I-Zinc borate: 5 phr (ukucindezela intuthu, ukwakheka kwe-char okusizayo).
Ukusebenza Okulindelekile:
- I-LOI: ≥28%;
- Isilinganiso se-UL94: V-1;
- Ukwehliswa kwezindleko: ~30% (uma kuqhathaniswa nokwakheka okunamandla okubambezela ukushisa);
- Ukugcinwa kwamandla okunamathela: ≥80% (I-APP idinga ukufakwa kwe-capsulation ukuze kuvinjelwe i-hydrolysis).
Inqubo Eyinhloko:
- I-APP kumele ifakwe i-microcapsulated (isb., ne-melamine-formaldehyde resin) ukuze kugwenywe ukumuncwa komswakama kanye nokwakheka kwama-bubble;
- Engeza i-silica e-hydrophobic fumed silica engu-1-2 phr (isb., i-Aerosil R202) ukuze ivimbele ukuminyana.
3. Ukwakheka Kwenqubo Elula Ne-Viscosity Ephansi (Ukuze kube nokuhlanganiswa kwe-elekthronikhi okunembile, okudinga ukugeleza okuphezulu)
Inhlanganisela Evimbela Umlilo Eyinhloko:
- I-aluminium hypophosphite (AHP): 5-8 phr (encane kakhulu, D50 ≤1 μm);
- I-liquid organic phosphorus flame retardant (indlela ehlukile ye-BDP): 8-10 phr (isb., izinto ezisuselwa ku-DMMP ezingenayo i-phosphorus ezisekelwe ku-halogen, ezigcina i-viscosity);
- I-aluminium hydroxide (ATH): 15 phr (i-spherical alumina composite, elinganisela ukuhanjiswa kokushisa);
- I-MCA: 3-5 phr.
Ukusebenza Okulindelekile:
- Ibanga lokuthamba: 10,000-15,000 cP (kuseduze nezinhlelo zokulawula ilangabi eziwuketshezi);
- Ukumelana nomlilo: UL94 V-0 (kuthuthukiswe yi-phosphorus ewuketshezi);
- Ukushisa: ≥0.6 W/m·K (okunikelwe yi-alumina eyindilinga).
Inqubo Eyinhloko:
- I-AHP kanye ne-alumina eyindilinga kumele kuhlanganiswe futhi kuhlakazwe ngaphansi kokushisa okuphezulu (≥2000 rpm);
- Faka i-desiccant yesihlungo sama-molecular phr angu-4-6 ku-Part B ukuze uvimbele ukumuncwa komswakama kwe-AHP.
4. Amaphuzu Obuchwepheshe Okuhlanganisayo kanye Nezixazululo Ezihlukile
1. Izindlela Zokusebenzisana:
- I-AHP + i-MCA:I-AHP ikhuthaza ukuphelelwa amanzi emzimbeni kanye nokusha, kuyilapho i-MCA ikhipha igesi ye-nitrogen lapho ifudumala, yakha ungqimba lwe-char olufana nolwezinyosi.
- I-ATH + i-Zinc borate:I-ATH imunca ukushisa (1967 J/g), kanti i-zinc borate yakha ungqimba lwengilazi ye-borate ukuze imboze ubuso.

- Beka phambili ukuhlola ifomula yokumelana nomlilo ophakeme: i-AHP + i-submicron ATH ehlanganisiwe (usayizi wezinhlayiya omaphakathi ongu-0.5 μm) ku-AHP:ATH:MCA = 10:20:5 ukuze kuqalwe kahle.
- Ukuhlolwa Okubalulekile:
→ I-LOI (GB/T 2406.2) kanye nokushiswa okuqondile kwe-UL94;
→ Amandla e-bond ngemva kokujikeleza kokushisa (-30℃ ~ 100℃, amahora angu-200);
→ Ukuna kwemvula okubuyisa ilangabi ngemva kokuguga okusheshayo (60℃/7d).
