I-PVC Flame Retardant Masterbatch Reference Formulation
Ukudizayina kanye nokwenza kahle kokwakheka kwe-PVC flame retardant masterbatch, okuhlanganisa izinqamuleli zomlilo ezikhona kanye nezingxenye ezibalulekile ze-synergistic, okuqondiswe ku-UL94 V0 flame retardancy (elungiseka ku-V2 ngokunciphisa amanani angeziwe).


I. Isisekelo Sesincomo Sefomula (I-PVC Eqinile)

II. Izimiso Eziyinhloko Zokuthuthukisa

  1. I-Flame Retardant Synergy System
    • I-Cl-Sb Synergy: I-chlorine engokwemvelo ye-PVC (56%) ehlanganiswe no-3-5% Sb₂O₃ yakha umgoqo we-SbCl₃, ovumela i-gas-phase/condensed-phase-dual-action action flame retadancy.
    • Ukucindezelwa Kwentuthu: I-Zinc molybdate + i-zinc borate yehlisa ukuminyana kwentuthu ngo>40% (ASTM E662).
    • Ukuthuthukisa I-Char: I-Aluminium hypophosphite + DPE ikhiqiza i-phosphoric ester char exhunywe ngokuphambana ku-200–250°C, inxephezela ukuntula kwe-char kwesigaba sokuqala se-PVC.
  2. Ukucubungula Ukuzivumelanisa nezimo
    • Ukulinganisa Izinga lokushisa: I-Aluminium hypophosphite (ukubola ≥250°C) kanye ne-Al(OH)₃ elungiswe phezulu (izinze ku->200°C) ifanele ukucutshungulwa kwe-PVC (160–190°C).
    • Ukuqinisekisa Ukuzinza: Izinza ze-Ca-Zn zivimbela ukuwohloka kwe-resin ekukhululweni kwe-HCl; I-ACR isiza i-plastification kumasistimu wokugcwalisa okuphezulu.
  3. Ibhalansi yokusebenza
    • Isamba sokulayishwa kwe-flame retardant: 35–45%, ukugcinwa kwamandla aqinile ≥80% (okujwayelekile ≥40 MPa ye-PVC eqinile).
    • Ngokuvumelana nezimo (i-PVC eguquguqukayo), buyisela i-DOP ngo-8% kawoyela wesoya epoxidized (i-plasticizer ekabili/i-flame retardant).

III. Ukuhlola Nokuqinisekisa Amamethrikhi

Ukuncipha komlilo:

  • UL94 V0 (1.6 mm ukujiya)
  • I-limiting Oxygen Index (LOI) ≥32%

Ukulawula Intuthu:

  • Ukuhlolwa kwegumbi lentuthu le-NBS: Ubuningi bokuminyana kokubona okuthileDs≤150 (imodi evuthayo)

Izici zikaMechanical:

  • Amandla aqinile ≥35 MPa (okuqinile), ubude ngesikhathi sekhefu ≥200% (okuguquguqukayo)

Ukuqina Kokushisa:

  • I-DMA iqinisekisa ukuthi akukho ukwehla kwe-modulus ku-180°C.

IV. Izindleko & Ukulungiswa Kwemvelo

Enye Izindleko Eziphansi:

  • Yehlisa i-zinc molybdate ibe ngu-3%, shintsha kancane i-Al(OH)₃ nge-Mg(OH)₂ (ukhuphuke ufike ku-15%).

Isixazululo Esingenayo I-Antimony:

  • Susa i-Sb₂O₃, sebenzisa u-2% we-aluminium diethylphosphinate + 5% nano-kaolin (ukusebenza kahle okuphansi kancane; kudinga ukujiya okungu-3 mm ku-V0).

Okubalulekile Kwentuthu:

  • Engeza u-1% we-silicone ehlanganiswe ne-carbon black ukuze uqhubeke unciphisa ukuminyana kwentuthu ngo-15%.

V. Imihlahlandlela Yokucubungula

  1. Ukulandelana Kokuxuba:
    PVC resin → stabilizer + lubricant → flame retardants (low to high density) → plasticizer (spray-added last).
  2. Icubungula amazinga okushisa:
    Izindawo zokukhipha izikulufu ezimbili: 160°C (ukuphakela) → 170°C (okuncibilikayo) → 180°C (ukuxuba) → 175°C (ikhanda lokufa).
  3. I-Masterbatch Concentration:
    Ncoma ukulayisha okungu-50%; hlanza i-1: 1 nge-PVC emsulwa yokubumba umjovo wokusebenzisa ekugcineni.

Lokhu kwakheka kulinganisa ukubambezeleka kwelangabi eliphezulu, intuthu ephansi, nokuzinza kokucubungula. Ukuhlolwa kwezinga elincane kuyelulekwa ngaphambi kokukalwa, ngokulungiswa okusekelwe kufomu lomkhiqizo (amashidi, izintambo, njll.).
