Ukwakheka Kwereferensi Ye-PVC Flame Retardant Masterbatch

II. Izimiso Zokwenza Izinto Zibe Ngcono
- Uhlelo Lokuvumelanisa Oluvimbela Amalangabi
- I-Cl-Sb Synergy: I-chlorine engokwemvelo ye-PVC (56%) ehlanganiswe ne-3-5% Sb₂O₃ yakha isithiyo se-SbCl₃, esivumela ukuvimbela ilangabi lesigaba segesi/isigaba esinciphile.
- Ukucindezela Intuthu: I-Zinc molybdate + i-zinc borate yehlisa ukuminyana kwentuthu ngo->40% (ASTM E662).
- Ukuthuthukiswa Kwe-Char: I-aluminium hypophosphite + DPE ikhiqiza i-cross-linked phosphoric ester char ku-200–250°C, okuhlanganisa ukuntuleka kwe-PVC kwe-char esigabeni sokuqala.
- Ukucubungula Ukuzivumelanisa Nezimo
- Ukuqhathaniswa Kwezinga Lokushisa: I-Aluminium hypophosphite (ukubola okungu-≥250°C) kanye ne-Al(OH)₃ (ezinzile kuya ku->200°C) eguquliwe ebusweni ifanela ukucutshungulwa kwe-PVC (160–190°C).

Izakhiwo Zemishini:
- Amandla okunamathela ≥35 MPa (aqinile), ukunwebeka ngesikhathi sokuphumula ≥200% (kuyaguquguquka)
Ukuzinza Kokushisa:
- I-DMA iqinisekisa ukuthi akukho ukwehla kwe-modulus ku-180°C.
IV. Ukulungiswa Kwezindleko Nobungani Nemvelo
Okunye Okungabizi Kakhulu:
- Nciphisa i-zinc molybdate ibe ngu-3%, faka i-Mg(OH)₂ esikhundleni se-Al(OH)₃ (khuphula uye ku-15%).
Isixazululo Esingenawo Ama-Antimony:
- Susa i-Sb₂O₃, sebenzisa i-2% ye-aluminium diethylphosphinate + 5% nano-kaolin (ukusebenza kahle okuphansi kancane; kudinga ukujiya okungu-3 mm ku-V0).
Okubalulekile Ku-smoke:
- Engeza i-1% ye-silicone resin-coated carbon black ukuze wehlise kakhulu ukuminyana kwentuthu ngo-15%.
V. Iziqondiso Zokucubungula
- Ukulandelana Kokuxuba:
I-resin ye-PVC → isiqinisi + igrisi → izinto ezivimbela ilangabi (eziphansi kuya kweziphezulu) → i-plasticizer (eyokugcina ifakwe isifutho). - Ukucubungula Amazinga Okushisa:
Izindawo zokukhipha izikulufo ezimbili: 160°C (ukudla) → 170°C (ukuncibilika) → 180°C (ukuxuba) → 175°C (ikhanda eliyindilinga). - Ukugxila kwe-Masterbatch:
Ncoma ukulayisha okungu-50%; hlanganisa i-PVC engu-1:1 ne-virgin ukuze ugqume ngomjovo ekugcineni.
Lokhu kuhlanganiswa kulinganisela ukuqina komlilo okuphezulu, intuthu ephansi, kanye nokuqina kokucubungula. Kuyelulekwa ukuthi kwenziwe izivivinyo ezincane ngaphambi kokulinganisa, ngokulungiswa okusekelwe efomini lomkhiqizo (amashidi, izintambo, njll.).
