  • Ukuhlanganisa ukulandelana:
    • I-Resin + dispersant → Ukuhlanganisa isivinini esiphansi → Engeza i-ATH/hypophosphite elungisiwe → Ukuhlakazeka kwesivinini esikhulu (2500 rpm, 20 min) → Engeza i-zinc borate/MCA → Ukuhlanganisa isivinini esiphansi (gwema ukuwohloka kwe-MCA)
  • Izisetshenziswa: I-Planetary mixer (vacuum degassing) noma isigayo esinama-roll amathathu (ama-ultrafine powders)

2. Ukuthuthukisa Ukwelapha

  • Isinyathelo sokwelapha: 80°C/1h (pre-gel) → 140°C/2h (ngemuva kokwelapha, gwema ukubola kwe-MCA)
  • Ukulawula ukucindezela: 0.5–1 MPa ukuvimbela ukumiswa kokugcwalisa

3. Izindlela Zokusebenzisana

  • I-ATH + Hypophosphite: Yakha i-char eqiniswe yi-AlPO₄ ngenkathi ikhipha ama-radicals (PO·)
  • I-Zinc borate + MCA: Isithiyo esikabili esiyigesi esiqinile (NH₃ dilution + ungqimba lwengilazi oluncibilikisiwe)

Okuthathwayo Okubalulekile

  • Ifinyelela isilinganiso se-V0 ngenkathi igcina ubuqotho bomshini.
  • Izivivinyo ezincane (50g) ezinconyiwe ngaphambi kokukala.
  • Ngokusebenza okuphezulu: 2–3% okuphuma kokunye kwe-DOPO (isb, i-phosphaphenanthrene) kungengezwa.

Lokhu kwakhiwa kuqinisekisa ukuthobelana nezindinganiso eziqinile zokunqanda ilangabi kuyilapho kuthuthukiswa ukucutshungulwa nokusebenza kokusetshenziswa kokugcina.
