- Ukulandelana kokuxuba:
- I-Resin + i-dispersant → Ukuxuba ngesivinini esiphansi → Engeza i-ATH/hypophosphite eguquliwe → Ukusabalala ngesivinini esiphezulu (2500 rpm, imizuzu engama-20) → Engeza i-zinc borate/MCA → Ukuxuba ngesivinini esiphansi (gwema ukuwohloka kwe-MCA)
- Imishini: I-Planetary mixer (i-vacuum degassing) noma i-three-roll mill (yezimpushana ezicolekile kakhulu)
2. Ukuthuthukisa Ukwelapha
- Ukulungisa ngesinyathelo: 80°C/1h (ngaphambi kwejeli) → 140°C/2h (ngemuva kokwelashwa, gwema ukubola kwe-MCA)
- Ukulawula ingcindezi: 0.5–1 MPa ukuvimbela ukuqina kwe-filler

- I-ATH + Hypophosphite: Yakha i-AlPO₄-reinforced char ngenkathi isusa ama-radical (PO·)

- Ukuze kusebenze kahle kakhulu: 2–3% we-DOPO derivatives (isb., i-phosphaphenanthrene) ingangezwa.
