Ukwakheka Okubhekisela Kokubambelela Komlilo Kwe-Thermosetting Acrylic Adhesive

  1. Kumelwe kufane nokushisa kokushisa (ngokuvamile 120–180°C)
  2. Izinto ezivimbela ilangabi kumele zikwazi ukumelana nokucubungula okushisa okuphezulu (gwema ukwehluleka kokubola)
  3. Qinisekisa ukuqina kokusabalala ezinhlelweni eziphakeme zokuxhumanisa
  4. Linganisa amandla omshini ngemva kokwelashwa kanye nokusebenza kahle kokulinda ilangabi

1. Inqubo Yokuhlakazeka

  • Ngaphambi kokwelashwa: I-ATH kanye ne-hypophosphite kucwiliswe kusisombululo se-5% KH-550/ethanol (amahora ama-2, ukomisa okungu-80°C)
  • Ukulandelana kokuxuba:
    • I-Resin + i-dispersant → Ukuxuba ngesivinini esiphansi → Engeza i-ATH/hypophosphite eguquliwe → Ukusabalala ngesivinini esiphezulu (2500 rpm, imizuzu engama-20) → Engeza i-zinc borate/MCA → Ukuxuba ngesivinini esiphansi (gwema ukuwohloka kwe-MCA)
  • Imishini: I-Planetary mixer (i-vacuum degassing) noma i-three-roll mill (yezimpushana ezicolekile kakhulu)

2. Ukuthuthukisa Ukwelapha

  • Ukulungisa ngesinyathelo: 80°C/1h (ngaphambi kwejeli) → 140°C/2h (ngemuva kokwelashwa, gwema ukubola kwe-MCA)
  • Ukulawula ingcindezi: 0.5–1 MPa ukuvimbela ukuqina kwe-filler

3. Izindlela Zokusebenzisana

  • I-ATH + Hypophosphite: Yakha i-AlPO₄-reinforced char ngenkathi isusa ama-radical (PO·)
  • I-Zinc borate + i-MCA: Isithiyo esikabili esiqinile segesi (i-NH₃ dilution + ungqimba olubunjiwe olufana nengilazi)

Izinto Ezibalulekile Okufanele Uzicabangele

  • Ifinyelela isilinganiso se-V0 ngenkathi igcina ubuqotho bomshini.
  • Kunconywa ukuhlolwa ngezinga elincane (50g) ngaphambi kokukala.
  • Ukuze kusebenze kahle kakhulu: 2–3% we-DOPO derivatives (isb., i-phosphaphenanthrene) ingangezwa.

Lokhu kwakhiwa kuqinisekisa ukuhambisana nezindinganiso eziqinile ezivimbela umlilo ngenkathi kuthuthukiswa ukucutshungulwa kanye nokusebenza kokusetshenziswa kokugcina.
