Ukwakhiwa Kwereferensi ye-V-0 Flame-Retardant PVC Thermoplastic Plastics

Ukuze uzuze isilinganiso sokubuyiswa komlilo kwe-V-0 (ngokuvumelana nezindinganiso ze-UL-94) kumapulasitiki we-PVC we-thermoplastic, i-aluminium hypophosphite ne-boric acid yizinqamuli zomlilo ezimbili ezivame ukusetshenziswa. Amaleveli awo okungeza adinga ukuthuthukiswa ngokusekelwe ekwakhiweni okuthile, izimo zokucubungula, nezimfuneko zokusebenza. Ngezansi ezinye izincomo nobubanzi bereferensi:

1. Izinga Lokwengeza le-Aluminium Hypophosphite

I-Aluminium hypophosphite iyisinqamuli somlilo esisekelwe ku-phosphorus esisebenza kahle esilungele izinto ze-PVC. Ivimbela ukuvutha ngokwenza ungqimba lwe-phosphate evikelayo nokukhulula igesi ye-phosphoric acid.

  • Izinga lokungeza elinconyiwe: 15-25 phr(izingxenye ngezingxenye eziyikhulu ze-resin)
  • Nge-PVC evamile, ingeza nxazonke20 phye-aluminium hypophosphite ngokuvamile ifinyelela isilinganiso sokubuyiswa kwelangabi le-V-0.

  • Izinyathelo zokuphepha:
  • Ukweqisa kwe-aluminium hypophosphite kungase kunciphise ukusebenza kokucubungula (isb., ukugeleza okumpofu).
  • Kunconywa ukuthi kuhlanganiswe nezinye i-flame retardants (isb, i-boric acid, i-aluminium hydroxide) ngemiphumela ye-synergistic.

2. Izinga Lokwengeza le-Boric Acid

I-boric acid iyisivikelo somlilo esibiza kancane esisebenza ngokuyinhloko ngokubola kwe-endothermic kanye nokwakheka kongqimba oluvikelayo olufana nengilazi.

  • Izinga lokungeza elinconyiwe: 5-15 phr
  • I-boric acid ivamise ukusetshenziswa njengesinqamuleli somlilo sesibili, futhi amanani eqile angalimaza imishini nokucubungula izakhiwo.
  • Ku-PVC, ingeza nxazonke10 umqye-boric acid ingasebenzisana ne-aluminium hypophosphite ukuze kuthuthukiswe ukuncipha komlilo.
  • Izinyathelo zokuphepha:
  • I-Boric acid i-hygroscopic, ngakho-ke ukugcinwa nokuphatha kufanele kugweme ukumuncwa komswakama.

3. Ukwakhiwa kwe-Synergistic ye-Aluminium Hypophosphite ne-Boric Acid

Ukuze uzuze isilinganiso se-V-0, i-aluminium hypophosphite ne-boric acid ingahlanganiswa ngemiphumela ye-synergistic. Ngezansi ukwakheka kwesithenjwa:

  • I-Aluminium hypophosphite: 15-20 phr
  • I-Boric acid: 5-10 phr
  • Ezinye izithasiselo:
  • I-Plasticizer (isb, i-DOP): Njengoba kudingeka (ilungiswa ngokusekelwe ezimfuneko zobulukhuni be-PVC)
  • Isiqinisi:2-5 iph(isb., usawoti oholayo, iziqinisi ze-calcium-zinc)
  • Okokugcoba:0.5–1 iph(isb., i-stearic acid)

Ukwakhiwa Kwesibonelo:

  • I-PVC resin:100 ph
  • I-Aluminium hypophosphite:18 ph
  • I-Zinc borate:8 umq
  • I-Plasticizer (DOP):40 ph
  • Isiqinisi:3 umq
  • Okokugcoba:0.8 iph

4. Ukuhlola Nokuthuthukisa

Kuzinhlelo zokusebenza ezisebenzayo, izinyathelo ezilandelayo ziyanconywa ukuze zihlolwe futhi zenziwe ngokugcwele:

  1. Ukwakhiwa komshayeli:Lungiselela isilingo esincane esisekelwe kububanzi bereferensi.
  2. Ukuhlolwa kwe-UL-94:Yenza izivivinyo zokuvutha eziqondile ukuze uhlole isilinganiso sokubuyiswa komlilo.
  3. Ukuhlolwa kokusebenza:Hlola izici zemishini (isb., amandla aqinile, amandla okuthinta) kanye nokusebenza kokucubungula (isb., ukugeleza, ukuzinza kwe-thermal).
  4. Ukuthuthukisa:Lungisa amaleveli okwengezwa e-aluminium hypophosphite ne-boric acid noma wethula ezinye izinto ezibuyisela amalangabi (isb., i-aluminium hydroxide, i-antimony trioxide) ukuze uqhubeke uthuthukisa ukusebenza.

5. Ukucatshangelwa Okubalulekile

  • Icubungula izinga lokushisa:Amazinga okushisa okubola kwe-aluminium hypophosphite ne-boric acid aphakeme kakhulu; qinisekisa ukuthi amazinga okushisa okucubungula aweqi le mikhawulo ukuze ugweme ukuwohloka.
  • Ukuhlakazeka:Qinisekisa ukusatshalaliswa okufanayo kwezinqamuli zomlilo ku-PVC ukuvimbela izinkinga zokugxilisa ingqondo zasendaweni.
  • Umthelela wemvelo:Kokubili i-aluminium hypophosphite ne-boric acid ziyizinqamuli zomlilo ezilungele imvelo, kodwa ukuhambisana nezinye izithasiselo kufanele kuqinisekiswe.

6. Isiphetho

Ukuze uzuze isilinganiso sokubuyiswa komlilo kwe-V-0 kumapulasitiki we-PVC we-thermoplastic, amazinga anconyiwe angeziwe15–25 phr nge-aluminium hypophosphitefuthi5-15 phr ye-boric acid. Ukusetshenziswa okuhlangene kwalezi zinqamuli zomlilo kungathuthukisa ukusebenza. Empeleni, ukuthuthukiswa okusekelwe ekwakhiweni okukhethekile kanye nezidingo zokusebenza kubalulekile, futhi ukuhlolwa kwe-UL-94 kufanele kwenziwe ukuze kuqinisekiswe isilinganiso sokubuyiswa komlilo.
